“wow I've had multiple GREAT experiences!!! Andrea is phenomenal!!! This is my favorite branch in the country. I now do sometime's have to wait. I think corporate office cut their staffing model because now there are only one or two loan officers and tellers but most often just one. That's just like corporate to run a business into the ground, it happenes all across America. Cut costs at the expense of the customer so they will leave and go elsewhere, brilliant. Corporate America today is out of touch and incompetent. Maybe it's time to drop traditional banks and bank online if the service, convenience, and customer service is the same anyway, just saying. Cut executives and other administrative costs not the associates that interact with the customers. Cutting off your nose to spite your face, such an adolescent business approach.”

The bank notified me quickly and when I told them I didn't make the purchases they immediately closed out the card AND put the money back. No questions asked. I will always stay with Chase.”
