“Teresa, the lady that usually helps me when I go in she knows me when I walk in the bank. She loves me by name and if she’s free, she helps me if not she tells me when she’ll be free and I can come back or I can see somebody else she is very nice and she’s the only one I ever seen anybody can solve a problem right there in while you’re sitting there with her. she is the best I’ve ever seen. In fact everybody that works in that bank goes to her for advice and how to solve problems. She should be the manager, cause she works hard.”

“Had a great experience today as my fiancée & I have been shopping around for a joint checking account, and came in with an appointment. Michele was great, got our account opened quickly, and offered some great financial planning tips we plan to implement moving forward.
We also had great service from the Tellers who assisted us in depositing the first check into the account. The lobby was very quiet in comparison to what some of the other reviews indicate.
If you’re looking for a credit union in the area definitely consider them!”
“I always enjoy coming to this branch, as their entire team provides excellent service. I like to ask for uncommon currency, and I am usually able to get some whenever I go. The crew is very accommodating. One of the stylish tellers, Johmai, blew me away recently when I came in, as she had specifically gotten several dozen coins in her drawer with the anticipation that I would request them. Big ups to her, Kenesha, Tom, and Carson who have all been so helpful in my quest! And even though Lisa has moved on, I would like to thank her as well for helping me get my first credit cards years ago!”

“Located within the Kroger in the Brewery District this branch is certainly convenient. The staff was courteous and competent, even when navigating the more obscure previous year SEP deposits (as opposed to an IRA). Much much better than driving to their downtown branch, and I can buy groceries when I bank there at the Kroger too. I like the bank inside the grocery store concept a lot, very cool.”
“Just visited chase today to set up my bank account. I am a new chase employee and the only man there was booked on appointments. The teller was so polite and asked if I wanted to wait to see if his next appointment showed up and if not he could probably help me. The man came up to us after a short while and helped me he was so nice and polite. He opened my checking and savings account IN 10 MINUTES. He made sure I understood everything and put me at ease because I was a little nervous. He was so sweet and the teller as well.”

“Hailey, the branch manager at this location is literally amazing. I gave up after hours of trying to fix the issue that the Sancus 5/3 had created by giving my husband the wrong account number on his voided check for his new job, thus keeping him from getting paid on the right day plus the fact that it is now a holiday weekend, which will push out his pay day for 5 more days. I called to see if the branch manager closer to my husband's work could help AND I WAS SHOCKED AT THE FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM HAILEY!!! Hailey not only helped with that problem but solved another I didn't even know I had? I've never been more pleasantly surprised in my life. Thank you Hailey (I really hope I am spelling your name correctly) you are a rockstar!!!”

“In full disclosure, I am not thrilled by First Merchants as a bank and have moved most of my funds to a larger bank that offers more perks, ATMs, and greater transparency as a result. I also would have closed my account here recently altogether before talking to Lisa, who is incredible. Lisa truly went above and beyond, and turned my whole day around with her kindness. They hire and maintain great people here. While the company as a whole could do much better, this particular branch is wonderful, largely because of Lisa and people like her who consistently provide exceptional customer service.”
