He explained the difference between the models and had the one I wanted in stock that was fully charged, he explained the process as he breezed through everything. All contacts and apps successfully transferred. The whole time, incredibly professional and friendly. This is not the only time I have been into this store, and every time I have gone in every person who has been there has been helpful and knowledgeable. Today it was Trent, and he was wonderful! I went home not only with a brand new phone, but also a new Internet gateway that works better than the one I had before, and he set everything up so when I got home, all I had to do was plug it in! I highly recommend T-Mobile and specifically this store - Thank you, Trent!”

“Grateful for the thorough service, welcoming environment, and professionalism at the TMobile on S Hamilton close to Kimberley Pkwy + Eastland Mall. The staff were friendly and genuine!! They greeted everyone who walked in the door, even one another at shift change (like it seemed like a healthy and fun work environment!). i was blessed to be supported by Bri T. in the past two days i have been in a mobile store three times and on the phone with cell companies more than that, totaling at least 5 hours. i was beyond frustrated coming in the door. “I stopped by Boost Mobile today! I saw on Facebook they were doing an event. Visit with Santa and they were handing out free toys! We took our 2 year old daughter! It truly was so so nice! She has talked about it all day! Is was so great! It truly was. I was worried pulling in they would try to pitch us. Which I would if totally understood if they did. But they let us enjoy the time with our daughter! And visit with Santa. Gave her a free toy! It was awesome. All the staff was amazingggg!! Truly amazing! My contract is almost up with Verizon and I do plan to check Boost out! Thank you for today Boost Mobile! ? ? Your Santa was amazing! “I am saving the 5th star to when we actually get service. I will be ditching Breezeline. I was waffling between TMobile and Spectrum. T Mobile now has the edge thanks to Yanni. Why? She did not try to oversell us. Spectrum kept trying for all those add ons, like TV packages, repeatedly. Dont need them. Yanni listened to what I WANTED. I like they have a gadget kinda like my router modem, at no cost to me, that I just plug in and move it around the house to find my best reception. Apparentally it is an easy install. I really like that I dont have to keep an eye on my fees and beg retention not to raise my rates. Big plus there. I am dreading canceling Breezeline because I am sure they will transfer me over and over until they finally get that I am done with Breezeline. I have my eye on two things...my cell and my internet. You will always win if you keep my charges stable. Spectrum is only slightly cheaper...for a year. Then up go the rates. I wasnt looking for gaming speeds. Just internet, enough to stream, enough to read my newspaper or ask Alexa a zillion stupid questions. Looks like T Mobile for me thanks to Yanni's expertise. She didn't oversell me.”

However, l had to go to the Verizon store - The technicians they were the best l was there for approximately 2 1/2 hours, (because the tech. did not speak clearly, again l was puzzling ? so l could not understand her dialect making misbut pleased l was with what they did for me!”

“I went there right after work to do an exchange of equipment and saw that the waiting time was ridiculous!Some people expressed their frustrations for waiting an hour and agitated with the fast approaching time to be elsewhere soon!Rather than joining the "Miserable Members" crew, I had signed in and then went window shopping at the store next door!But when I returned, those still sitting & waiting informed me that some people had left, and also how they had the privilege of watching various employees' shifts end and then walk right out the door too with NO ONE to replace them!The store had only 1 employee to work the floor and she took HER TIME!!! Although she did the occasional rolling eyes at the mumblings, she remained professional and took care of the next individual with maturity!!!She also kindly referred those who were making payments to the kiosk on the side... That stunt deflated about 4-5 people's bubbles of anger!It had also bumped me up to a single digit on the waiting board, caused my waiting time to be cut to less than 15 minutes...Then not long after I was the one walking out saying,"Good Evening" to those who signed in after me!”
