“Jacob was fantastic! Helped me with everything. I got a free Samsung wall charger and 10 ft cable Samsung branded!! He even let me keep my old phone because my old phone and new phone weren't finished syncing. I just brought back the next day. He was upfront and honest. He didn't push any brands on me. Go to this store! Sometimes there is only one person working but, I didn't wait that long. Everything took like an hour and a half if I could of stayed. Be willing to spend a little time there to get everything up and running.”
“Of the two workers that was there I don’t remember the guy’s name, but He was very professional and very personable. The young lady that was there was absolutely wonderful very personable. Very nice very professional. I went in to check on getting my phone fixed. I was offered a deal to trade my phone in and get a new iPhone 17 I did have to pay sales tax, but I honestly expected that I have read other reviews and I absolutely do not see any of that at all, they were very polite and very professional outstanding people probably one of the best experiences that I’ve had at any Verizon store!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
