Aubergine Private Dining Club is easily one of the most unique dining experiences I’ve had. The private dining concept creates such an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, making it a wonderful place for a date night or a special occasion.
The space is beautiful, with impressive artwork, thoughtful lighting, and plenty of room between tables. Everything feels carefully curated, and you can really tell how much thought and effort the team has put into creating this experience.
Brian is absolutely the main reason I’m giving this experience five stars! His passion, enthusiasm, and professionalism truly made our evening special. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and attentive without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. He made us feel genuinely cared for, and his energy added so much to the entire experience. You can tell that he truly enjoys what he does, and that makes all the difference. The entire team clearly puts a lot of care into what they do, from the food and presentation to the service and overall atmosphere.
The experience is definitely a splurge, but if you’re looking for somewhere intimate, special, and different from a typical restaurant, I’d highly recommend giving this place a try.
