They are huge and well taken care of. We'll be getting our snake this weekend and we've found our new reptile guy :)

It's frustrating when ears aren't done or teeth brushed. Not at this location. They do it all and explain to you what they did so you have confirmation that you are getting what you pay for. They are so kind and accommodating. They understand the purpose of good hygiene and grooming for your fur babies. I drive from Grove City here. The Groomers also all seem to work as a team and like what they do.

He stated no worries we will take good care of her. I asked if I needed an appointment and he stated nope. We arrived and was greeted by a very nice man and remembered that he spoke to me earlier. My girl warmed right up to and allowed him to pick her up and put her on the table. He did what he needed to do to make her safe. The whole time he was talking to making her feel calm. He told me my part and the entire time he was so positive and relaxed with her. He was great my girl did great!! We will definitely return to get all of our grooming!!

I have had experiences with other places that just treat you like a number and they do not seem to care about the welfare of your animals just as long as they can collect as much money as they can and still cannot tell you what is wrong.

As a multiple time large breed owner I know how defeating it is to feel always on edge when it comes for our fur babies. I recently acquired a 9mo Great Dane weighing in at 145lbs. I knew I couldn’t have another dog that always did what they wanted and only sometimes what I wanted. I wanted an obedient, happy, people friendly companion to be part of our family ( not just a dog).
After weeks of google searches, phone call, sales pitches and false promises, I talked with Joe. His knowledge and years of experience helped put me at ease. His direct and straight to the point explanations helped me realize what I needed/wanted out of my training, different methods ( spike/ shock vs pure voice command) and the expectations required on both sides.
I am excited to see and post our experience with what is to come at Ohio State K-9 College.

There's so much room for the dogs to play - and rest if they want. She loved celebrating her birthday with her friends.
