“I wish all the warehouses are like this one. Very nice lady at gate. Shipping lady in the office is also very nice. Got the dock right away. Forklift guy was already waiting for me to back in and he started loading right away. Loading took 30 min max. In and out in less than an hour. Overall, very trucker friendly atmosphere.Would come back again.”
“Friendly staff. And very fast in downloading. If you can sleep there. And there is a loves 2 miles away if you prefer. They open at 8 am. Reciving area is on the south side.”

“Really big place to load or unload. But gate fence in front. So no overnight parking. But there is Truck parking six miles away at the eldorado casino. Plenty of parking for trucks. Nice and quite. Quick to load and unload have your next load ready. That’s how quick you are unloaded. People super nice and polite.”

“Hopefully I’m spelling the name correctly but Wanda Adams is a life saver! Working as a trucker under my own business hasn’t been easy but there are some truly kind people out there that make your entire day! After picking up a load and not getting a response for over 24 hours, making 11 phone calls and getting the same “I understand, I forwarded a message” response, I reached out to my broker UberFreight and they couldn’t do anything for me. Ms.Adams was able to put herself in my shoes and make something happen. After receiving her aid, no more calls needed to be made, my load was finally received and I’m back on the road! Just wanted to write this as a HUGE thank you to her because being the middle man doesn’t mean you have a voice in this industry.”
“Really nice front staff and loaders. Respectful people. Got 4 hrs early and they still gave me a dock and started to load me. Overnight parking and vending machines. If you're new at driving a semi i would suggest having someone look for you. It is very very tight.”

They have you drop your trailer in a door and wait in a bobtail lot. Call you when they are done... hook back up .. they seal you ... then head to office for paperwork”
“This shipper isn’t bad at all if you want to bobtail and spend the night at Bobtail parking lot. There have less employees and take a little longer to unload trailers”
“Honestly, all the employees seem to be happy. I wasnt in operations so I cant say whether or not it runs smoothly, I just cleaned the warehouse for a couple weeks. The general manager walked up, introduced herself and thanked me fo my hard work. Tyrone and Brandon are amazing. They acknowledge hard workers and appreciate it. They stuck their neck out for me to try to get me hired on however due to some personal issues I had to turn down the offer. Theres other people in leadership positions, I dont know their names, that they were great too. All the employees were trying go get me to apply to get hired on because they like working there. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I totally recommend working here from what I saw over the acouple weeks I was there.”
“So I know each persons experience is different but mine was pretty good. I got to the gate about an hour before my apt and was given a door. I had my truck loaded within 30 mins. The ladies at the gate and driver office were very nice and polite. I was told the time depends on what your getting loaded and what shift. I was lucky, I hope it rubs off on my next fellow drivers! Keep up the good work American standard!”
