“I had delivery here. Appointment was for 8:00am and I arrived at 10:30am. I picked up late and drove almost 850 miles to get there. From Boston to Groveport, OH. Because I was late. But Yokohama didn’t made any problem because I sas late. They delivered my trailer in 30 minutes! Very good job and very good people work over there!!!

“Great service , quick unloading. They allowed me to park overnight if i wasn’t blocking anything since i had a 06:00 delivery; while i was here no one else was in the other 20ish spots. Not sure if they have a restroom as i didn’t need one. The drivers entrance is by dock one , i think it’s the SE corner of the building”
“Great place for live unload with tires you can overnight park there there is a Love's truck stop and a QT truck stop down the road hard to get into but you can't get something to eat down there”
“Not the slowest but certainly not the fastest. I was able to sit in the truck while unloading. I arrived about an hour early and got right in and got a dock. It’s possible that it might factor into how fast they get to you. People arrived shortly after me and left a little before me. Could also be the guy working your dock on the inside. Or how much you have to offload. They have a bathroom which is nice. It wasn’t particular busy tho. I could see this being worse if a large lineup of trucks were trying to get in. Went decent on my day. One hour from arrival to depart”

“I wasn't actually at the logistics center here. I was hauling a hazmat load so I was on the outer loop around Columbus when a coolant line blew. What highway is that ...I-270? Anyway I was on the highway near the JCPENNEY logistics center but not at. Sorry no info. On Truck entrance, etc.”

“Hopefully I’m spelling the name correctly but Wanda Adams is a life saver! Working as a trucker under my own business hasn’t been easy but there are some truly kind people out there that make your entire day! After picking up a load and not getting a response for over 24 hours, making 11 phone calls and getting the same “I understand, I forwarded a message” response, I reached out to my broker UberFreight and they couldn’t do anything for me. Ms.Adams was able to put herself in my shoes and make something happen. After receiving her aid, no more calls needed to be made, my load was finally received and I’m back on the road! Just wanted to write this as a HUGE thank you to her because being the middle man doesn’t mean you have a voice in this industry.”
“Really big place to load or unload. But gate fence in front. So no overnight parking. But there is Truck parking six miles away at the eldorado casino. Plenty of parking for trucks. Nice and quite. Quick to load and unload have your next load ready. That’s how quick you are unloaded. People super nice and polite.”

“Nice place to deliver, strict to appointment, take normal time to unload. Gated facility, go to guardshak not before half an hour of appointment time, get the door and backin but leave some room b/w trailer and dock. A guy will come, get the seal cut in his presence and look the load inside then slide the tendems, backin and unhook trailer...be very careful of parking at night on Shipping side which has no guardshak. Can park in street if you come at night, small street on Receiving side.”
“I-270 exit 49, Alum Creek Dr., turn south. Turn left onto Rohr Rd. (Follow signs for ODW/Hormel.) Turn right onto Port Rd. Turn to 1st driveway on the right and straight to gate. Check in with the guard, will give you a slip to give to shipping/receiving. Check in at man door 162 (at the end of the black chain link fence.) Do not park in the driveway. Park with the dropped trailers or against the building (don't block the docks.) Before you bump the dock, slide your tandems and disconnect your red airline when you bump the dock. No overnight parking, there's a Loves and Sheetz nearby. Restroom is by the office.”
“Loading is completed quickly, so even if you receive the bill, you can receive the invoice 30 minutes later.Total travel time is approximately one and a half hours.The staff is friendly, the restrooms for drivers are clean, and the yard is spacious and comfortable.”
“Our experience was great. We had a drop and hook so no complaints about that. Slide your tandems before you enter the yard, they will assign you a door or drop your empty at the back. Check in at door 18 to get bills. They will give you a seal and security will attach it. Entrance at the shack is very narrow for checking in. Once you get in the yard it's very manageable. Didn't see restrooms so not sure but they may have some when you check out at door 18. There is no overnight parking.”

“I arrived at this facility at 7:00 AM.
My appointment time was scheduled for 4:30 PM, but they open at 7:30 AM, and as soon as I walked in, they accepted me right away. They gave me a backdoor at 4:00 PM, and the loading process took only 30 minutes.
I was honestly impressed with how well everything is organized here. This is a great facility:
• they treat drivers with respect,
• communication is very good,
• they value drivers’ time,
• the loads are light,
• and the waiting time is much shorter than at many other places.
I highly recommend this location. Don’t worry — they work fast, professionally, and make the whole experience easy for drivers.”
