“Everything about my experience was top notch. I hit a deer (for the first time in 34 years!) and called our insurance. When they asked us which garage I heard great things about MAE so I figured I'd try them myself.
The staff (Mason, Rich, Emily and more) were incredibly friendly and kind. They were in contact with me throughout the entire repair process, and kept me updated. As you can see from the photos, my 2019 Civic looks brand new! I couldn't even tell what is new and what was repaired. This thing drives better then before I hit the deer!

“I took my RAM there after some damage was done to the bed and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Very personable, you don't feel like a "number", the paint match is perfect! It's charcoal grey and I was worried but it came out excellent! Detailed my truck in and out which surprised me (the inside). They even corrected a minor flaw in the body just to make it right! “I went in to this location for an air filter, as well as a Duralast tool lifetime warranty replacement. I was told Duralast tools have a lifetime warranty, so I’ve decided to start buying them exclusively. This was the first time I attempted a replacement. (A pass through wrench set I purchased around 2016 finally had enough.) I was wary due to this being the first replacement attempt, and the fact that the tool set had been changed, so there was no direct replacement. After some research on her part, Jennifer processed the replacement. I am impressed with her and the staff at this location and will be back. Thanks Jennifer!”

“Had a Saturn with an issue with the door sticking shut, couple other shops had quoted me an hour or twos labor upon minimal inspection. Tim at Worx got an idea and fixed the problem in ten seconds flat. He fixed me up with some lube for the lock and sent me on my way. That's why I love little places like this, they have the experience and aren't looking to retire off of your small problems. I always stay away from getting work done at the dealership and this is why. Super courteous and friendly service is hard to come by in the auto world.”
