About Outlet - Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio
The Outlet - Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio in Canton is a liquidation center where items are sold by the pound. The staff is frequently described as great, outstanding, top-notch, kind, and cheerful, despite dealing with a lot. Many customers drive from other areas specifically to shop at this location over others. However, the shopping experience is noted as intense and highly competitive. The retail area is considered too small. Customers report that the same resellers are there every day, using all the carts and sitting on the furniture. The environment can be aggressive, with pushing, elbowing, running, and even fights breaking out, making it a turn-off for new customers. It is described as having cliques, bullying, and rude people. A significant point of contention is the new VIP section, which charges a fee for access. Many reviewers feel this program is a scam, adding extra workload and stress for the staff while taking up valuable space. They report that the VIP bins do not contain anything special or different, often just the same old stuff with a few new arrivals on top. There is widespread confusion and speculation about the program's true purpose, with customers questioning what they are getting "first dibs" on. Additionally, some customers believe the store is heavily picked over by employees for e-commerce sales before items reach the floor, leaving fewer good finds for shoppers. Despite these criticisms, some have found very good stuff, and the store is thanked for its role in the community.
They roll out bins every 30 minutes. Even if they do pull out anything of value by e-commerce team in the back, they are at least on time

I like looking through here except when all the people act like cockroaches with the lights on and start running to the bins and ripping stuff out of your hands pretty much they need to control the people w the customers a little bit better and if their customers can’t listen, then they need to leave for the day
