“This cricket location is the best!! It's a new location it moved from 30th st plaza to east 62 plaza the new address is 2128 Columbus Road NE Canton, OH 44705. I had Melissa she is the new manager and she has manged to make the phone buying experience one to remember. I normally have buyers remorse not after visiting this store and meeting Melissa who is the absolute best. Not to mention as I was leaving a customer was walking in and I learned Melissa also speaks Spanish so she is truly there to help everyone. And not only was my experience at the store was great the service is the best I've ever had compared to boost and metro. “We went in store for 1 phone and the store manager Zachary informed us that we could actually get 2 lines for the same price we were getting at our old company. Zachary was very informed and helpful. Not to mention his cheerful demeanor set us up for a fantastic day. I can tell he has been there for a while because he managed to get all of our stuff transferrd and new phones working in less than 30 minutes!
