“This cricket location is the best!! It's a new location it moved from 30th st plaza to east 62 plaza the new address is 2128 Columbus Road NE Canton, OH 44705. I had Melissa she is the new manager and she has manged to make the phone buying experience one to remember. I normally have buyers remorse not after visiting this store and meeting Melissa who is the absolute best. Not to mention as I was leaving a customer was walking in and I learned Melissa also speaks Spanish so she is truly there to help everyone. And not only was my experience at the store was great the service is the best I've ever had compared to boost and metro. Tell your friends if your need a new phone or already have cricket visit the new store at 2128 Columbus Road Canton OH 44705”

“Anthony is the John Cena of the AT&T store on Whipple Ave Canton. Whenever I come in with an issue, he delivers a 5 knuckle shuffle to the problem like a WWE Champion! I've seen many different faces work there over the years but Anthony is the foundation to this location's success. He's the reason I switched from Verizon back to AT&T. Thank you for the great customer service as per usual from The Godfather of Whipple!”
