“I was a long time patron of Lowe's and still go there occasionally. This year however, during a major renovation including our kitchen, floors, walls, lighting, and first floor bath, I was led to Home Depot for one thing or another. Our experience online w deliveries as well as with staff at the Portage location has been exceptional. So excellent that we've shifted all of our preferred business to Home Depot. They are substantially better in the customer service- STAFFING- and helpfulness than Lowe's and our experience is great!”
