“A lack of communication. The rental process when well. I am happy with the product received but no measurements concerning whether the product would fit in the area it was to be installed in (Washer/Dryer)in my Apartment laundry area.”

“I was in a jam, another repair company came out 3 days prior, tore my dryer apart then left me hanging and wouldn't come back for a week. Sam came out same day, actually within an hour, fixed what the problem was, told me what future problems I would be having and have me the option to fix that too. He fixed everything and I couldn't be happier! Sam was courteous, professionaland knowledgeable! I won't call anyone else again! Thanks Sam !!”

“This review is for the gentleman who was working in the window/doors section on 8/8/26. I didn't catch his name but my receipt says SFW0779. He was very helpful and patient and explained everything I had questions about. Home Depot is lucky to have him as an employee and should give him a raise!”

“I was a long time patron of Lowe's and still go there occasionally. This year however, during a major renovation including our kitchen, floors, walls, lighting, and first floor bath, I was led to Home Depot for one thing or another. Our experience online w deliveries as well as with staff at the Portage location has been exceptional. So excellent that we've shifted all of our preferred business to Home Depot. They are substantially better in the customer service- STAFFING- and helpfulness than Lowe's and our experience is great!”
