“I have had nothing but good experiences having my prescriptions filled here. They have always been friendly and thanked me for my business. The store has a variety of items for sale. It is worth checking everything out that they have to offer.”
“They would not fill a prescription for me. Never filled there before. They don't fill for my doctor. Although my sister fills there and they are good to her. I have friends who also fill there and they say they are awesome but I wouldn't know personally bc again they would not fill for me.”

“The level of customer service at freedom pharmacy is 10/10. I never feel like I'm bothering anybody when I call in with a question. The prescriptions are always ready quickly and I always save 50% from using a retail pharmacy. I had a Rx for antibiotic. My provider sent it to a retail pharmacy by accident, and then corrected & sent it to Freedom Pharmacy. Freedom Pharmacy had it ready within the hour, the retail pharmacy had not even started processing it until the next day. Once again, the cost difference was 50% cheaper by eliminating the middle man and letting Freedom pharmacy fill it.”
“I was here about a week ago and had the best experience! I was in a rush because a table at my business broke in the midst of a setup so I was a bit panicked. I rushed to Sam's Club to purchase a new table. Upon entering I noticed that the aisle where the tables were was EMPTY (in the size that I needed). I have never seen the tables roll be empty so you can just about imagine how I was feeling. I ran across a wonderful lady named "Lizzy" ( if I can remember correctly) she was so gracious and stopped what she was doing to see if there was ANY in stock... Lizzy found that there was 25 in stick, she found the manager and the orchestrated to have a forklift lower the stock of tables down just for me to get 1 table!. I was so grateful ?? and surprised they did that for me. Further, there was 2 brothers, whom look like TWINS but I learned isn't LOL, "Jeremiah" both have biblical names. The two brothers grabbed the table for me, helped me through the line and politely carried the table to my truck. During the process of carrying the table, there was another customer who needed assistance so the brothers quickly came up with a plan to help us both and they did so with great professionalism and care!
I am so pleased. I come to this location often and this has been my BEST experience. I noticed that thr manager spoke with the employees with respect and care, she was kind, which I think goes a long ways to create a healthy work environment.”

“I always thought this was just a giant pharmacy store, turns out it's basically just a mini Walmart.
You can fully grocery shop here and they even carry stuff like cloths and automotive goods! (Granted it's a much smaller selection but still.) Their prices are competitive even to the likes of Walmart and the Drug Mart brand products are a bargain! My only gripe is, because it's a small store, certain items are special stock and don't get restocked regularly. They're almost never busy in the morning so I've started grocery shopping here and it's so much more peaceful!
Worth going here regularly!”

“I shop at the Kroger on 256 near Refugee Rd, There's a Giant Eagle right across the street and I used to shop there. The prices are about the same and so is the service. But what gives Kroger a leg up on Giant Eagle is that Kroger has a State Liquor store in their location.”

“I switched from Kroger's because they never had my meds in stock and had to order my transplant meds through their specialty pharmacy with giant eagle I'm not only treated with a smile and respect I get a text when time for refill and one for pickup with a price ...there has been no surprises with fees and no extra steps to order my transplant meds thanks to all of the hard workers you are greatly appreciated!!!!”

“I'm not sure if this is the proper channel to convey this informative, but I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the entire workforce at the store located at 911 N Memorial Lancaster, OH 43130. I recently visited Lancaster and was in need of some photo books. The girls at the photo counter were awesome and went above and beyond to help me over the course of my three days of scanning, cropping, editing and printing. The books they created were perfect and well-appreciated gifts by my friends. I wish every convenience store interaction was as enjoyable as my time at Walgreens. “They are always pretty pleasant majority of time, only issue is I wish they would shift lunch and stay open as some of us its inconvenient to have them close so long for lunch as it's the only times we have to go ourselves. I had to try for 2nd shot 3 tries before being there in a time they were open.”
“And all the years I've dealt with the pharmacy I've never had no situations that the pharmacist couldn't handle and when I go outside to pick him up it's always been a great experience I don't know what to say about the people that said they had a bad experience there but everybody has an off day I would 1,000% recommend Walmart pharmacy”
