“Love the store on corner of Venice and Tiffin Ave in Sandusky, Ohio...I disagree with the person who said there is no dollar deals...they have a whole long aisle of $1.00 products that are great deals...it's the closest store in the far West End of town to buy groceries and misc items esp when you are short on time or too much physical disability to walk through Kroger's, Menards, Meijers, or Walmart...they can be exhausting for those of us who are elderly...the employees have always been very friendly and extremely helpful...kuddos to all Dollar General stores and their employees???”

“We were pleasantly surprised to find this wine bar that welcomes everyone into their Cozy atmosphere. There are high top tables, but most people chose to sit in the sections of sofas and cushy chairs. The wine is good and they also serve beer. The live music was excellent, popular songs but not loud.”
“It really is a store with everything you need in one spot. Having a store with a grocery store on one side and everything else on the other side was nice. I could get everything that I needed on my list with one stop.”
“Sandusky oddly get a bad rap locally but to be honest this ALDI is way better than NORWALKS they zone and front face there products way better. Norwalk location has empty boxes all over the place you don't know if it's in stock or not. Cleaner as well.”

“I go to Bassets for Seth.I mean, their groceries are the best around and you can find local and National favorites - but the WINE!!!!!!Serious kudos to Bassets for maintaining his skill set and knowledge library. Seth (their Sommelier) always nails it and is knowledgeable on a broad range of domestic and international wines.An absolute gem for anyone! Whether you have a sophisticated palette or just want to know what wine pairs well with grilled meat, Seth will not fail you.I look forward to his recommendations every time we are in town!”

“I've been coming here for the last couple of months and the store is always neat, clean and well stocked.
When I stopped in today, the store was much busier than usual with a long line. The two guys working looked overwhelmed, but the young woman, Shannon, who looked to be shopping, asked if they needed help. She took off her coat and brought the line down in minutes while hoping between two registers and helping her coworkers!
She had the same friendly attitude as always, in spite of the craziness and was just awesome to watch work. I will definitely keep coming in this location.”

“In my town this is the only store to get pretty much anything you need. From groceries to clothes to hardware. My only gripe is they hired a whole bunch of new people for the whole store. so there are a lot of things out of place, checkers don't seem to know what's going on and the place seems to be going downhill.”
