The maintenance staff Myke and Brandon are fantastic! Anything we needed was taken care of the same day. If you’re looking for a nice quiet community you should definitely check this place out.”
“You create your own experience, but the management can be awful. So be forewarned, be nice & stay on their good side. Or they’ll easily find a reason to drive you mad or evict you. So try to make the best of it & not let them get you down. The neighborhood does seem to be clean & most ppl keep to themselves, which is always nice.”

“Took a month to get a light bulb changed, trash around and not cleaned up, dog poop can full to the point of falling out and goes days before cleaned up. Don’t like that I’m stuck with the internet.”
