“Recently rented a car from this Hertz location and had a really positive experience. The office was easy to find, clean, and well organized, and the whole process was much smoother than I expected. Johan helped me with my rental and was professional, friendly, and patient throughout. He made sure I understood everything and got me on the road quickly without any hassle.
The vehicle was clean, in great condition, and drove perfectly during my trip. What I appreciated most was how welcoming and helpful the staff were compared to some other rental places I’ve used before. Overall, great customer service, a reliable vehicle, and a stress-free rental experience. “The new store manager was so very helpful. I was greeted immediately walking and asked if there was anything she could do to help me when in fact, yes there was. She immediately helped me I was in and out in five maybe seven minutes if that.
She was kind helpful understanding of the issue I was complaining about from the other store.
I had walked into Linden Avenue’s store to do a return on something from Amazon and he said his stuff was broke and for me to come here so that’s what I did. I didn’t get the young lady’s name, but she’s the new store manager so if you’re looking for a great location, stop in here”

My sister and I are thinking of buying a van that is accessible and this place is the place to go for that too. They will do their best to even equip your van with what you need to make it accessible for you if they possibly can. They are amazing and I highly recommend them!!”

“I rented a Model 3 for my husband’s birthday. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. When I called, Dana helped me choose the best vehicle for my purposes. The online reservation process was easy. Dana had the vehicle ready to go, and was so patient and knowledgeable. The car was beautiful and drove like a dream. When we dropped it off, he spent time talking to us about the differences in the vehicles within their fleet. My husband had an awesome experience every step of the way. “My car broke down and I was in Dayton. Had the car towed to the dealership, and asked about a rental. They sent me down the street to Enterprise, which "though" they might be able to get me a pick up truck. Nope.Called my son and he said he had just the solution...and brought me here to his go to spot. At first they said I needed to book in advance, but when I explained my situation they quickly found me a car. It was a Hyundai Electra, and I gotta say, I loved it. So much I'm buying one. I always used to drive Hyundai's but for many reasons I decided to keep my husband's jeep after he passed.They were busy when I returned, and said I was a gallon low (even though I just filled up!) and charged me a $15 fee for that. Oh well, I had a car for more than a week and that was what I needed. And I like supporting local businesses.”

“It was on a Sunday and all of the rental places in the surrounding area were closed except for this place here. I desperately needed a vehicle for emergency reasons. The staff member said there’s only 2 vehicles in their shop & both have been already reserved for pickup…I didn’t know what to do.
Here’s where everything fell into place. The gentleman then went the extra mile by calling both customers for reconfirming their reservation pickups. One of them said no and to cancel it. He then notified me of the availability, cleaned it up and handed me the keys. I couldn’t believe it! Thank you again Kenny for helping me out!”

We arrived late Friday afternoon to pick up our two cars and learned there was a problem with our reservation. But Linda stayed late and to find us two good vehicles and off we went.
