“Just left the store and are thrilled Rich made it an easy & confident purchase. He was kind, knowledgeable and no pressure - just facts and his educated advice to assist in our choice. We won’t go anywhere else and will advise others to do the same. We sought out the 2-sided mattress. BTW good luck finding that out there because this company is the only one offering it with multiple choices. Being able to flip and turn your mattress is essential and other companies don't make it the priority it should be. Another couple was shopping for a new mattress when we were in there - apparently the victims of the “football mattress sale” So if you bought one of those, I highly suggest you seek out this place and hopefully you’ll get Rich to help you too. “My experience at Mattress Firm in Macedonia was exceptional. I was greeted by Adam, the most pleasant and knowledgeable sales person you could ever meet. I told him I needed mattresses and didn’t want to spend a lot of money. He pulled out three exceptional options that were 50% off. He price matched sheets, gave me the deal of the century on the modern version of boxsprings and set up a delivery for the exact day I needed the truck to arrive in another state.
I’ve dealt with some wonderful people in my life, but Adam topped them all. The mattresses were superb, I was astonished by the quality and price. Adam then told me I had 30 days to try out my mattress and if I wanted to upgrade to a different one, the store would switch mattresses free of charge.
I can’t say enough about this place, or Adam. I can highly recommend Mattress Firm in Macedonia, no matter where you live.”

“My husband and I visited this store for the first time and was highly impressed. Ms. Delores greeted us with warmth and really helped us with kindness and patience. The furniture was high quality and reasonably priced. Ms. Delores helped us make great choices and we came in to overhaul and update our living room and we did just that! If you go be aware the prices are amazing, you definitely can redecorate your home as we did on a budget. Everything about this store and experience was beyond my expectations. “My wife and I visited the Lyndhurst store on 11/1. We were quickly greeted by the sales rep, Clark, who walked us through everything there was to know about Lovesac and the system. He answered all of our questions and was incredibly helpful. He made sure to put us as ease by reminding us that there was no sales commission, that he was really there to help us feel at ease considering the price of the couches. After walking us through everything and giving us a few quotes, we left basically knowing that any future furniture store trips would not be necessary, that Lovesac was the right choice.
We order our two Lovesac couches on 11/3 and they were delivered on 11/7, just about a week after leaving the store.
Long story short, great couch, easy assembly, and we are happy with our purchase, and this was all primarily driven by the fantastic service we got from Clark at this location. Thanks again Clark, we really appreciate your help!”

“The Great Escape has expensive products, but they are worth it. It is nice to have the items on display so you can see the quality and try out the furniture. We have purchased all of our deck furniture and umbrellas from the Macedonia store and they look just as beautiful today as they did when we purchased them over a decade ago. To make our lives even easier, the store has our entire purchase history and they were able to sell us additional items of the exact same quality because they knew what we had purchased back in 2013. “I had the most wonderful experience yesterday afternoon at the Petitti Garden Center in Bainbridge. Kristin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even though this location didn't have a particular plant I was looking for, they had plenty of beautiful alternatives to consider. I told Kristin what kind of plants I like and she proceeded to take me around the plants and point out the ones that would be ideal for what I had in mind. It was an awesome way to learn about all the plants and new varieties I had never heard of before. She has a great personality and is very well educated on plants. She knows her stuff! It was an awesome experience. I will definitely return to this location again!”
