“First, their clothes are awesome. Best quality stuff around and comfortable. Second, the people at Arborwear are terrific. When I messed up an online order for a bunch of items for a company event and didn't realize it until a day or two before the event, they figured out a way to get us what we needed with a short turnaround in order to make our event a success. Meant a lot to our team to get their award gear and to me! Big thanks to Brittany, Rob and the team there for their care!”

“- [ ] Had an awesome experience here! Right when I came in they gave me a heads up about extended wait. The check in process was super straightforward, made for a great start! The store itself is quite nice and very well thought out. In the evening I got a text saying the items were ready. I asked if I could come in the next day, and the automated system sent a message saying they didn’t pick any of my items. I was bummed and went back the next day, they once again were super kind, I showed them the message, they were super understanding, apologized for the confusion and mentioned they would follow up. I wish I had gotten their names, they were super helpful and so kind explaining everything with the offer. I thought the offer was good, much better than comparing services such as Plato’s Closet. It was something around 20 dollars for three older but in fashion items. They have a service to donate, but are also happy to keep the clothes to give back to the customer. Overall a great experience, and although I didn’t buy anything this time I thought the items were fairly priced, and they had lots of great brands such as Aritzia, Lululemon, and Brandy Melville. Overall a great place, and I will definitely be back!”

“I had an outstanding experience when visiting Indochino in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. I have to especially thank Devon, who took my measurements and guided my fiancée and me through the suit selection process. Devon was very thorough and took the time to make sure I was measured correctly and familiar the customization options that were available to me. It was such a great experience because I visited an Indochino location in Pittsburgh a couple weeks before and the associate was unprofessional and hurried. Devon went above and beyond and provided exactly the experience I was hoping for. Once I receive my order I'll come back and update this review regarding the fit and feel of my suit and shirt.”
“I had gone in to purchase a gift card for my husbands birthday at the beginning of the month and was treated so well I couldn’t wait to bring him in to shop! Fast forward to today, we got to go shopping and Luv helped us out so much! He was attentive, he listened and suggested the most amazing pieces to update my husbands wardrobe! “My husband absolutely loves shopping here! Before we found this store, he had been shopping at the usual men’s stores and department stores, but never really finding things he liked. J3 is packed full of superb quality clothing. The style is unmatched to any other men’s store. These are items made with the finest materials. You definitely get what you pay for. The service is exceptional! We mainly deal with Jack and Brian, but all associates are awesome and helpful! They know their merchandise and they have the expertise to help you find exactly what you like. No one pushes you to buy anything. They really are there to help you if you need it. And their advice on clothing is spot on. I love this store and wish they had a store for women’s clothing :) But for now, we are customers for men’s clothing for life here!”

“Store was clean and organized. My only complaint would be that they should have mobility scooters in the store for customers with mobility issues. Currently there is no way for a person who has trouble walking to comfortably shop, which makes us leave.”
“The customer service was top notch. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a salesperson who also informed me about the current sale going on in-store. Another worker helped me to exchange a pair of pants I bought from another location, despite me not having a physical copy of my receipt (she found it online for me). They found the alternate size for me, opened a dressing room and allowed me to try on multiple sizes before I exchanged my cargo pants with no hassle. It was quick, easy, and extremely efficient. I would return to this location anytime. Two lovely ladies.”

Took my son there in May looking for a prom suit.
Dennis put the best outfit (suit/shirt/tie/socks/shoes/belt) together for us. My son looked fantastic on prom day/night.
Yesterday, my husband needed a suit for an upcoming wedding, so we headed to K&G again.

“I love the experience I had with the management here. Daniel and Richard helped me with everything I need. Also helped me with purchasing myself two new long boards and my one year old his first Pen board. “As a longtime admirer of Hermès, I knew I had to stop at Cuffs when visiting the Cleveland area. My expectations for the store were pretty high—and I was blown away. It is truly a special place.
I wish I remembered the name of the lovely lady I spoke with, because she was incredibly kind and so knowledgeable about the rich history of the brand. To be honest, I’m not at a point in my life where I can afford Hermès, but I deeply appreciate the brand. I’ve been in numerous boutiques, and while beautiful, the interactions I’ve had with sales associates have often been ice cold.
Cuffs felt more like visiting a wealthy relative’s house, where they let you go through their closet—and I mean that as the highest compliment. It’s warm, inviting, and there’s zero pressure.”
