The two staff.members I received assistance from were fantastic! Both were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The merchandise is outstanding, too. I left with a sweater for myself and a handbag that I am gifting to a friend for her birthday. I saw so many things I would have loved to purchase, but I managed to rein myself in. I am already thinking of the friends & family I am going to share my experiences with and am looking forward to my next visit.”

The value is in the friendly service. You could tell Rick has years of experience and he guided us into getting what we were looking for. He also went above and beyond getting some tailoring scheduled ahead of our deadline.”

“This is my second suit from Ticknor's in the past 5 years. Scott and the rest of the staff at the Beachwood store were very helpful assisting me with picking out a suit based on my budget and requirements. I needed a quick turn around on the tailoring due to an unplanned family event. They were able to make this happen ahead of time and and I will always be grateful for that. The suit fit perfect and looked great on someone who rarely wears a suit and tie! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ticknor's to anyone needing a suit.”

“My wife and I returned some Amazon items at Kohls, Bainbridge, Ohio (Store 0486), on Jamuary 6, 2024.Very convenient and FREE way to return goods to Amazon. We then each found a pair of Skechers, and some gift cards, and were fortunate to have a very lovely lady associate named Alicia assist us at checkout. She was very kind and patient (we are both in our very late 70's and had not shopped at Kohls for a long time). Alicia went above and beyond to make sure we felt appreciated, and received our Kohls rewards, our Amazon returns discount, and our Kohls cash.While shopping, we were greatly helped by a male store manager, who found the exact gift cards we were looking for, but had overlooked. We also were very ably assisted by friendly lady associates, Debra, as well as another fine lady associate, whose name we regrettably do not remember.We will be certain to make Kohls Bainbridge our go-to brick and mortar store, because they value and emphasize excellent Customer Service.”

“I went to the Fly Fishing 101 with my son and two grandsons on Saturday April 13. Although it was windy the Orvis staff made the best of it. They were so patient with my grandsons. I really appreciated the time they spent. They really worked at breaking down the casting and line tying in a manner we could understand. Great group of people and would recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about fly fishing.”

“Forgot to pack shirts on a trip and found myself wandering around to pick some up. I've heard of UNTUCKit before but had never gone to their physical store. After getting an explanation of how the store works, Ashley helped me find my size and picked out some shirts. Sure, these shirts are higher priced than something you'd get from a department store, but the shopping experience is great, the fit is perfect, and the quality of shirt is great. While I might not make it back to this store specifically, Ashley has made me a customer for life!”

Then I did a little shopping and the checkouts were all busy so the line was very long. Another cashier opened up and the line moved quickly. My cashier was very pleasant. “The people at this store are extremely nice and helpful. I had issues with some carolina boots I bought. They contracted carolina for me and helped me through the whole process. Even after a second pair of Carolina Boots failed they again helped me worked with me to find a pair of boots that would fit and had all the features needed for my job. I cannot recommend this store enough, it is very hard to find people that actually care and are generally good nice people that want to help.I should also add I typically do not review things. That's how happy impressed I was with the service here”
