“- [ ] Had an awesome experience here! Right when I came in they gave me a heads up about extended wait. The check in process was super straightforward, made for a great start! The store itself is quite nice and very well thought out. In the evening I got a text saying the items were ready. I asked if I could come in the next day, and the automated system sent a message saying they didn’t pick any of my items. I was bummed and went back the next day, they once again were super kind, I showed them the message, they were super understanding, apologized for the confusion and mentioned they would follow up. I wish I had gotten their names, they were super helpful and so kind explaining everything with the offer. I thought the offer was good, much better than comparing services such as Plato’s Closet. It was something around 20 dollars for three older but in fashion items. They have a service to donate, but are also happy to keep the clothes to give back to the customer. Overall a great experience, and although I didn’t buy anything this time I thought the items were fairly priced, and they had lots of great brands such as Aritzia, Lululemon, and Brandy Melville. Overall a great place, and I will definitely be back!”

“I had an outstanding experience when visiting Indochino in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. I have to especially thank Devon, who took my measurements and guided my fiancée and me through the suit selection process. Devon was very thorough and took the time to make sure I was measured correctly and familiar the customization options that were available to me. It was such a great experience because I visited an Indochino location in Pittsburgh a couple weeks before and the associate was unprofessional and hurried. Devon went above and beyond and provided exactly the experience I was hoping for. Once I receive my order I'll come back and update this review regarding the fit and feel of my suit and shirt.”

“Daniel Lemp is the best employee ever! Today is Wednesday and my wedding is on Saturday. I found out today that I had serious problems with my tuxedo (which I purchased from a completely different company, no affiliation with Ticknors). I was frantically calling various places, trying to find a white suit jacket in my size.
Eventually we found Ticknors. Daniel first called around to all other locations, could not find my size, then called their manufacturer out of California to have a custom suit jacket made in my size and overnight shipped.
I could not believe how incredible the service was. Truly amazing!! He saved my wedding day!”

“The sticker shock on some of the suits can be a lot. But they also have a variety of jackets, pants, shirts, and ties to fit your budget. The two ladies that helped me get fitted for a wedding did a good job though. Neither of them knew how to tie a bow tie, which was fine since I went with a normal tie instead. Plenty of discounts around the store. And they threw in an additional discount at the end. Once I was ready to get checked out. I chose to get a shirt elsewhere since a white shirt there was a hundred bucks and I knew I could get another white shirt for much cheaper elsewhere.”
