“I recently had a very pleasant experience at the Charodn branch. My husband and I have been banking here with our business needs for as long as we've lived in the county. I've recently left my position within his company as the payroll and bookkeeping lead, and my departure was seemless thanks to the young ladies at this branch and the one closest to our Mentor office. I can't recall her name, but there is a young lady that helped my husband who is hard of hearing due to medical issues in the past. She was very deliberate in her communication, repeated things as necessary, and was efficient and quick so he could get off his shaky legs. I believe she may have had hair of two colors, but he mostly remembered her smile.”
