“4 stars mostly because of the very friendly staff working at this location. We buy our cat food here and bring our dog with us, the employees at checkout are always a joy to chat with and we love the variety of treats they give to dogs, it led to us purchasing a brand of treats that they were giving out one day.”

“I like this Walmart Chardon store the best. They usually have more in quantity than the other stores, because it's a Supercenter. I refill my gallon jugs at this location with Spring water. They're the only location locally I know of that does this. If you can't find an item or someone to help, go to their website, and it has the aisle the item will be in. It's also a much nicer and cleaner store. This Walmart Chardon location is my go-to store.”

“With all the issues of employee shortages (both hiring new employees and retaining employees), especially post covid, it's good to see several employees who still care about exceptional customer service. Two employees in particular I would like to mention are Jim and Tammy. Jim works mostly at the front entrance. He is very personable , respectfull and always has a great attitude. He always makes a point of saying hello or goodbye. I know it's a thankless job at times, especially when people refuse to show their receipts when asked, but he never lets it bother him, and he cheerfully greets the next person he comes in contact with. Tammy works the front end (I assume in a managerial role), and she is also very personable and caring. She has helped me a few times with issues at the self checkouts and has always done so with a kind attitude. Several other employees are worth mentioning for similar customer service traits, but I do not know their names. I'm sure management likely knows who I'm talking about.”
