“I will definitely be back when I go on my next vacation. Eli was the person who helped me from the start to the end. He was very nice and helpful. I had made my reservation in February for July. I had booked a van because I had a lot of luggage and handicap equipment I needed to travel with for my mother. I called the day before my reservation and was told that majority of their vans had a recall, but I would still be given a large SUV. I arrived for my reservation and Eli informed me that they only had two vans left and they were both used. I was upgraded to a large SUV for the same price. He showed me both my options and I picked the Wagonner. It was a very large and spacious SUV. While in Florida, we had a probably with the trunk beeping and not turning off. When I called enterprise, Eli directed me to roadside. I ended up going to a mechanic and it was fixed with a push of the button. When returning the SUV, Eli made sure that it was good and I was fully satisfied with my rental. Great employees and great quality of cars!”

“I put in a reservation for a truck but when I arrived it was unavailable ?. Fortunately the staff called their Fairfield location and found one?. If you don't want to make a new reservation for another location, they have to trade another vehicle to swap for the one you want. He was kind they were kind enough to swap out a vehicle at their location for the one I requested. I wanted to extend my vehicle time but the lady I spoke with could not seem to find my VIP, reservation, or card on file. I suspect she was too busy to look my name or reservation up. I did give my name but she claimed she could not find me smh. She quoted $450 for 3 days with no explanation so I just returned the truck. I was offered $435 for my 10 day reservation in the beginning. I am not sure why it was so much for 3 days but I did not want to cause an issue. The gentleman that booked my truck was very thorough in explaining. I booked through my credit card the first time. I'm not sure if booking direct through Enterprise is worth the VIP discount offered. Overall I enjoyed my experience with the vehicle chosen and the customer service provided in my initial check in.”
“My Prius died and I needed a rental car for the weekend. It was a brutal hot day! We have been renting from Enterprise on Reading in Cincinnati for a few years! I wanted something small midsize! Liked the first car but it had cigarette smell inside so I chose the second one and that was electric and not enough charge on it! So we looked at the third car! Loved it and got it! It took us 25 minutes and the sales person was kind and patient! I recommend this Enterprise on Reading Road ??”

“Although i ended up liking my rental, it was not what i reserved. I was sent to that location specifically because i asked for a pickup. Once there i was told none were available even though there were 3 on the lot. Those i was told were just for enterprise truck rental customers. Then to make matters worse, the truck i had reserved cost much less than the van i was placed in. Although i did get a small discount, I felt i should have gotten the van at the truck price since i had one reserved and only once i was there was i denied my reservation. This isn't how enterprise used to do business. But everything else was great. Just started out on a really bad foot. I felt i had to pay for your mistake. One bright spot; i liked the van i rented from you so much i ended up buying one just like it. So thanks very much for that.”
“I have consistently and almost constantly been renting from from this Location for over a year now. At first I felt like any other customer. Buy over this last year? II have been blown away. I the above and beyond customer service. I have received specifically from the 2 women who run the front desk. When I had to travel every weekend and needed last minute reservations.They were always happy to help and Made it Happen. Most importantly.
Over the last 9 months my father has been done time. And we have needed transportation more than ever..For Doctor's appointments, hospital stays and Then being able to be at hospice with him his last week and not have to worry about getting to my kids if there were some kind-of emergency.
There are days those ladies who are working the front desk, are cleaning returns for reservations, doing oil changes and trying to get to the phones when I have come to extend a reservation, only to watch the customer in front of me talk down to them and complain about the wait (literally her walking back in from cleaning a return- 2 min) and keep a smile on her face.
