“So our trip started off horrible. For whatever reason our bank decided to not let any transaction above the daily atm limit go thru. It wouldn't be resolved until the following morning. After being on the phone with the bank for an hour after arriving at the hotel and getting nowhere, we now had to explain this to the hotel. I explained and asked if we could pay for the night and settle the remaining the next day. The hotel could have told us to kick rocks since they put a hold for the full amount. Instead he handed us our key cards, said go get settled in, and have a great evening and we could settle in the morning. This didn't have to be done and we could have had to find another hotel for a night. I can't tell you how much we appreciated this. The next morning after a lengthy apology from a customer service manager and a bank manager, we paid in full and we were so thankful for the consideration given to us. Yeah we know they had our car in the valet, but they didn't even have to let us check in and they certainly were gracious and went above and beyond. we even had to extend our trip by 4 days and they were able to squeeze us in and managed to keep us in the same room.I wish I wrote everyone's name down and I feel bad bc I had the honor to have multiple conversations with various staff during our stay. But I only remember Andrew by name, but he and the rest of the staff MADE my trip. Exceptional service is just another day of the week to these people and they're the ones who made this trip and make us want to come back to the Lytle. So to the staff of the Lytle, from the front desk, to the bar/restauraunt, the ones who cleaned the room, the bellhops, the valets and everyone in between. Thank you.Rooms: Our room was really really really good. Spacious, well decorated and clean. We had a suite with a soaking tub and I used that thing every damn day. Highly recommend coming with bath salts or a bath bomb.Nearby activities: There's alot more to Cincinatti that I thought. As I've only ever driven thru, there's so many great places to eat and visit. We''ll be back to do just that.Food & drinks: The restaurant upstairs and the one downstairs are gorgeous. Upstairs is the view, you can see a large portion of the riverfront and across to the Kentucky side. It's gorgeous at night! The weather was cold most of the time we were there so we couldn't sit outside, but inside is no less nice.We spent some time downstairs at the bar, the staff is top notch. I highly recommend trying the the Vanilla Pear Mule for something different and the gelato for the dessert. Probably the best salted caramel gelato I've ever had.”

“This is my favorite hotel! We’ve stayed here twice for our anniversary and this place is so quaint. I just love the feel of the whole place. The lobby, the hallways, the restaurant, our room, just everything is perfect. Great service and amenities. We will definitely be back.”

“Great location. All the staff encountered were very professional and friendly. Rooms seem a bit outdated, small and basic. Not even a refrigerator in room. Museum was booked for a private event for entire first day there. Was able to briefly browse through before checkout.”

“Children with disabilities are not broken souls; they are brave hearts living in a world that often forgets to slow down for them. Every day, a Divyang child wakes up with challenges

we may never experience-learning to walk, to speak, to hold a pencil, or simply to be understood. Yet, they smile with a strength that can melt the hardest heart.

They do not ask for sympathy. They ask for dignity. They do not want pity. They want opportunity

Behind every disabled child is a silent struggle of parents who stay awake at night, worried about medical care, education, therapy, and a future filled with uncertainty. Many families fight alone, with limited resources and endless hope. Sometimes, all they need is a helping hand-someone who sees them not with judgment, but with compassion.

This initiative exists to support Divyang children through care, education, therapy assistance, and emotional encouragement. Every contribution made through this platform is used responsibly to improve lives, step by step. No promises of miracles-only honest efforts, transparency, and humanity.

When you scan the QR code on our profile, you are not just visiting a page you are entering a space of kindness. A small donation may seem insignificant to us, but for a disabled child, it can mean therapy, mobility support, school materials, or simply the feeling that someone believes in them.

Giving is not about how much you donate; it is about why you donate. When you help a Divyang child, you are not losing money-you are gaining blessings, peace, and purpose. Kindness always returns, often in ways we never expect.

Let us build a world where disability is met with empathy, where children are valued for who they are, and where humanity stands stronger than hardship. Together, we can turn tears into hope and hope into change.”

“Our first time staying here. The rooms, beds and pillows were amazing. The pool could use some TLC. The pool was dirty, old toys were left in the pool and on the floor. They also didn't have any pool towels and we didn't bring towels with us. It's not close to the front desk and they took out the phone so there was no one to call. I did call on my phone and they did bring some. Starbucks on site and my boys loved the robot that would bring things to your room.”

“A few weeks ago, my team and I had the privilege of staying at the Renaissance for an extended period of time. Between check-in and check-out, we were treated with exemplary service.

A few individuals were beyond exceptional that I can recall by name. Cecelia at the front desk was phenomenal! I’m appreciative of her professionalism, attentiveness to detail, local food suggestions and kindness. Raja was awesome at the restaurant and very hospitable. He took pride in his service and made sure we were taken care of whenever we were in the restaurant. Susan was always caring and graceful. JJ was the first person that showed me outstanding customer service at check-in and whenever we walked by the desk.

While those above I can recall by name, the service by the entire staff was top tier. A big thank you to all - Front desk, valet, restaurant, and maintenance crew - our sincerest gratitude.”

“Great location for a Bengals game. Walking distance to both the Bengals and Reds stadium. Hotel was nice but a little dated. Hotel staff were very nice. I would definitely stay again. Location was amazing.”

“Hotel was a nice clean property. Also very secure where you have to use room key to get access to elevator! Rooms were very spacious. Didn’t have the best view but that was okay.”

“The shower was amazing, the pillows and bed were super super comfortable, but the sink in our accessible room did not work :( Location was seconds off the interstate, and I would definitely stay here again.”

“This was our first visit to Cincinnati. This hotel helped make our stay a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location, parking garage right next door and their staff, particularly Kesha and Julie, who went above board to be especially helpful. If we visit Cincinnati again, we will be staying here.”

“Close to Riverbend venue. Older but well maintained hotel. Clean. No trash or clutter seen on lot or property. Outside steps and corridors- would have been nice to have an elevator. Close to a lot of restaurants.”

“The room was very clean and well equipped. The bed was comfy. We requested an accessible room because I am 3 weeks post op for hip replacement and not able to use tub. The shower was large and would accommodate a wheeling chair if needed, which was provided. The only negative was that the lighting in bathroom, which was the perimeter of the mirror, was very poor - about what you would get from a nightlight. I reported it to friendly desk clerk who said he would have maintenance check it.”

“Josh the manager made sure we had any issues taken care of. Jazz at the front desk was especially delightful. The hot breakfast was great! Spacious clean room.Rooms: Very big, clean room”

“You cannot get into this building unless you are accompanied by someone with a Childrens Badge and employees are quite firm on this rule to the point of sometimea seeming distrustful. Once inside however, people are friendly enough and there is a small cafeteria where you can get a quick bite to eat or coffee, drinks, etc.”

“Rooms are ok but clean, comfortable bed and friendly desk staff. Late night check in was open and face to face, rather than through glass like a prison visit. Would definitely stay again and recommend.”

“After reading some of these reviews I was a little nervous about staying here, but I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, and breakfast was tasty. It's an older hotel so don't expect the Ritz but it was perfect for an easy one night stay. Thanks!!”

“My 1-month stay at the Hampton Inn was absolutely amazing! The comfy beds, the room space, and the temperature control system were ideal. A coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room added great value to it. The breakfasts were delicious and had everything I could have wished for, especially the berries. My room was cleaned every alternate-day and the floor supervisor, Lenise, made sure that it was done timely.I dint use the pool or the fitness center but they seemed okay. The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping department made sure that my needs were met timely.I would like to make a special mention of the names: David, Carlton, Shelby and Lenise from the staff, these guys were awesome! I had a lot of conversations with them and they guided me really well.I would highly recommend this place for a peaceful n comfortable stay.Btw I dint get to know if I earned any Hilton Honors points for my month's stay, would appreciate if I get information on how I can? Thanks!Rooms: Very comfortable and clean beds and pillows. Clean towels n free toileteries. LCD tv with a lot of channels. Free wifi.Walkability: The walkways are wide enough not to cause any hindrance.Food & drinks: Complimentary breakfast with lots of items to choose from. Free water bottles, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. A suite shop for snacks.”

“I found this place as I was driving through from Tennessee to Connecticut. I didn't have a reservation. As this matters to some travelers, I will say that I was traveling solo and I felt safe about staying here.

I had no problem getting a room, although it was about 10 p.m. and it was very affordably priced. The motel must have been recently sold or acquired, because the signage and room key was branded as Wyndham rather than Motel 6.

I got a room on the ground floor. It was a very basic, but decent room. There was a bed, tv, table and air conditioner. Everything was in very good shape and was either new or refreshed. The air conditioner was a godsend after being on the road most of the day - I turned it down to 65 and it cooled room down fairly quickly.

The bathroom was in similarly good shape. Very thing seemed to be almost new. The toilet was one where it was flushed by buttons on the top of the tank. The shower only had the one handle/dial that most showers have, but it was most efficient. My only complaint, which is a very minor one, was that there was slightly more water to be had because I took a cold shower (there was more water and pressure the more hot water was added to the mix,) but I still had a very decent shower.

I wasn't in this room for very long - I checked out around 8 a.m. the next morning. Still, it met my needs very well and I would definitely consider staying again if I am passing through Cincinnati.”

“I had a last minute stay here and even though it was already late the check in process was so smooth and the lady at the front desk was very helpful, My room was clean, quiet, and stocked up with the basic needs. Breakfast was very good, a wide variety of options and very fresh and hot!!”

“I stayed here with a group and overall had a positive experience. The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our week-long stay much easier. Having a kitchen and a separate living area was especially convenient. It was also helpful to have a separate bedroom—you could still hear some noise from the room next door but once you went to bed and closed the door, it was much quieter.

That said, there were a few drawbacks. The hallway had an unpleasant odor, and the breakfast area was often understocked. Service at the front desk was limited—usually just one person trying to manage everything, from refilling breakfast supplies to answering calls and helping guests at the counter.

I would personally stay there again for a long week stay, but I also know some of my colleagues did not have as good of an experience.”

“Early game day, the room wasn’t available when we arrived, but one of the most professional agent went out of his way to go check a room of it is ready and was a matter of minutes we had a room. Great service.”

“Great place to stay! Affordable, clean, accommodating, staff and owner are friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. My husband and I have been staying here for a couple of months until we get moved and witnessed first hand the generosity given to two women who ran out of money. The owner let them stay a couple of nights for free and then paid for a cab and gave them cash to help them out. They forgot to mention that in the review they gave. I haven't witnessed anyone using, selling, or buying drugs. It's a very nice and quiet place to rest and relax. To the woman who's husband went berserk..... I'm pretty sure most businesses will remove, ALL PERSONS involved, when police are called for a disturbance. Your husband caused you and your kids to get kicked out.... not the motel. This is a safe place to stay and very convenient to stores and restaurants.”

“Neighborhood was seedy but the motel was excellent! Staff were friendly. Room was immaculate and beds were very comfy. Left too early to partake of the free breakfast but the set-up was awesome! Will make sure to eat next time.Rooms: Room was surprisingly large and very clean.Noteworthy details: Room, bed and bathroom were absolutely immaculate. Bed was incredibly comfy and heaped up with soft covers. Pristine white sheets.”

“Although it was a quiet spot, due the cops circling through every hour or so (I think it had to do with the homeless and passer-bys towards the back of the McDonald's and hotel parking lots) it made me concerned for the security of my vehicle and if it was good area or not.

Other than that.... It was comfortable and the staff was really great.”

“Stayed for 2 nights. Gentlemen were nice, someone kept knocking on the door the second day and night. Left my charger in the room and he went and got it. Left the room a mess but was under a lot of stress and pressure due to helping a friend out with disabilities.”

“It's definitely not a five star hotel, but for the price, service, and amenities it is absolutely wonderful! The staff are always polite and helpful and the rooms are spacious.”
