I work long shifts and have to stand a lot and walk a lot. Don’t think I would be able to work this much without the help of Steve to keep my feet in top shape. They never hurt or ache thanks to his brilliantly Crafted orthotics.
Spend your money on orthotics not branded sneakers which are so pricey these days !!!. I buy the generic / cheap sneakers but top notch orthotics : you try the same and your feet will love you for years to come

“Care medical is the best option in greater Cincinnati for custom wheelchairs and repairs. They have some parts in house but they can quickly get what you need. 9 years ago they didn’t take my insurance and I had to use the national company for a new wheelchair. I’m so glad they take it again. Their customer service is miles ahead of the national company that starts with Nu… Highly recommend Care Medical.”

“We had the best customer service experience ever with Wayne Koester. We bought a high powered wheelchair for disabled daughter with a lift and recline function but it was not lifting her or reclining anymore. So Wayne repaired but more important than being a skilled electrician repair man he has a kind soul and he was so kind to Olivia and made her laugh the whole time!!! Medmart -you could not have a better employee representing your organization, than Wayne!! He is such a good guy and also he went out of his way to fix a very difficult problem even though it was late in the day he took us on, so Olivia could use. We are very grateful for such a kind soul!!”
“Not sure what these reviews are about but i have in home service for my mother's oxygen concentrator. The unit went down suddenly blown pump and i freaked out since she cant be without. Jaqueline(spell?) is awesome and got the teams chat fired up and our tech raced right over within the hour to swap it out. Great people directly, but answering service leaves a bad taste if they are busy.”
“I’ve been on CPAP for nearly 2 years. I went through 6-8 mask changes until I found one that was comfortable and I was able to get a good night of sleep. I have a severe cervical spine injury so I can’t have pressure on the back of my neck.I use a N30i pillow.Last week I received an order with a different N30i pillow and it’s been painful, difficult to adjust and I haven’t had a decent night of sleep. The pain has been to my nares.Last night, I put on the older pillow (after tossing and turning for 4 hours) and fell asleep.How can I get the older version of this pillow?I don’t know how much research was done on the newer pillow but clients should have had input.myAir scores have dropped from 95-100 to 80. All the points off have been due to repositioning the pillow over 20+ times a night.”
“My beloved cat, Lucy, was diagnosed with a dreaded disease and her prognosis only gave her a few weeks to live. She was prescribed pain medicine that needed to be compounded. As we began to run low, we called the original compounding pharmacy and it was taking several days to fill the order, Then the weekend came and still no refill, and at this time, we had run out of medicine. I called our vet who said if we could find a compounding pharmacy who could fill the order that day, he would call it in. I called Mullany's in Blue Ash who said there may be a pharmacist at the White Oak location who could help. An angel named Lynn, without hesitation, said she could fill the order and just asked us to be there by closing time. Wow, most compounding pharmacies could easily take days to fill orders. We lost our Lucy a few days later, but she spent her last few days surrounded by our family and as comfortable as possible, all thanks to a sweet and compassionate pharmacist named Lynn. Lynn, we thank you so much.”
“I visited the Blue Ash location to get fitted for a custom compression hose and Mary was AMAZING! Extremely knowledgeable and makes sure you're comfortable the whole time. She's the sweetest person and very quick as well. 15/10 would recommend Mary or any compression hose needs.”
