“Doug helped fit me for new ski boots. I am 67 and have arthritis. The store was very busy yet he took his time to explain in detail what type of boot may work and what he can do with my current boots in the meantime that are too big. I bought boots that open from the back that makes them much easier to put on. Doug is helping me with a binding issue as the new boots require different bindings than what I have. All this to say, that he went 'above and beyond' in helping me. Thank you, Doug.”
“Love this shop. They provide what is needed in the community 24 hrs a day. No just snacks cigs and such....but apparels and such to rep the love for and city as a whole. Stop thru if ya ever inna area and they gone getcha together...!”

And unlike my dress, you can wear it more than once!”

“Love the Orvis shop and the guys who work there. I've gone in a few times, and i always lose track of time. When I bought my rod, there was no pressure. In fact, I tried quite a few different ones in different price ranges, and I got help with my casting. I recently took the 101 class and can't wait to take 201. Manuel and Tom were really supportive and encouraging. As someone who has been out floating and wading with guides, I walked away from this experience learning more than I had on those trips. They also seemed genuinely excited to share tips and give advice. I highly recommend the class, even if you're just stepping into fly fishing! You can stay afterward and test out some rods, and take advantage of the extra deals!”

She gave her a tiny bottle of sample perfume in a small Sephora bag. It absolutely made my little girl's day.”
“This store has great clothes for great prices. For example, I've bought multiple Victoria's secret sports bra here for around $12 each when the normal price for these bras is typically about $50. I don't know how they are able to sell name brand clothes at such a steep discount but I'm sure glad they do. They also sell so many other types of discounted clothes as well, and as far as I can tell, these items are basically indistinguishable those that you would buy from the name brand retailer.”
“My man and I visited on February 6 2021. We went to the Spencer's in the mall. It was a good visit other than one attendant that was a lil rude about wearing a mask. I had just lowered my mask to wipe the sweat off and she immediately said something in a rude tone and it was as if she was snapping at me which I didn't deserve.I have noticed they have added new items I have never seen sold there before and it was nice to have another option of a place to purchase these items.
