Rented a van last Saturday afternoon, drove from Gilbert ave to Deer Park and directly back to Gilbert. Maximum of 50 miles, and that's stretching it. We got charged an additional 100.00 for driving over 100 miles. Do yourself a favor and take a picture of the odometer. These people are crooks. 8/19/20 shame on you

I've never had to wait in line for anything to get so long. There is a manager who isn't helping people get whatever they need and each customer is taking twice as long to deal with as other Uhaul locations I've dealt with.

Worst UHaul ever. Been waiting over an hour to return my out of city truck. They have 1 employee and 1 trainee on a Sunday when everyone is returning trucks and are beyond slow. No one knows anything and very unhappy customers all leaving and throwing their keys on the counter and walking out. RIDICULOUS.
