“Safe Ship worked with me on three frames (two large-ish, in the 30" realm) with museum glass to NYC - and a relatively tight timeframe (I believe a week is what it was). I didn't see the packing but the receiver said everything was packed great and arrived unscathed the pieces inside weren't jostled and the price was more than fair - way cheaper than your local chain businesses would charge to pack + ship. I would trust them shipping glass framed work in a heartbeat again. My only complaint was they seemed super busy so I never got a tracking number even though I provided the info (not that big a deal since it arrived). I was told I'd be contacted on Saturday by the end of the day with a quote/confirmation and wasn't, had to wait until Monday to call and they told me they'd call me later (they seemed b u s y) and didn't receive a call until Tuesday. But aside from that being a bit of a nervous experience on my end not being sure what was going on, everything was smooth the work got where it had to go and it got there on time and safely! Thank you!!”

“This is my go-to UPS store. The staff are typically quick, helpful and friendly. They recently added a self-service kiosks for drop-offs and returns. I had two Amazon items to return, in two separate return orders. I spotted the self-service kiosk, scanned, bagged and labeled both returns for free before either associate was done with the people they were helping. It was a breeze and I was able to get a receipt to my email. While it probably is faster for an associate to take the return and scan your QR code, this kiosk is a lifesaver when they are busy. Highly recommend.”
“We were Immediately greeted with authentic welcoming and friendly energy. I came with a friend and we discussed our favorite reads almost immediately upon entrance, enthusiastically, and the owner working at the time, appropriately jumped in and matched the energy of our banter sharing interesting insights and recommendations. Later, other patrons joined in our convos too, we joked and shared our favorite movie adaptations and similar. It’s a whole vibe here.Also, the shop attached is really cute, and styles diverse. My friend and I enjoyed the cozy sitting area in the back space catching up. We had an incredible experience. Already looking forward to my next visit.”

“Love my local UPS store in Newport. Yesterday was the first day I was sending anything other than an Amazon return. As usual they were quick and professional and I was pleasantly surprised at the price for shipping. There were probably eight people in front of me but I wasn’t there longer than 10 minutes but the very best part, which I told them as I left, not only are the quick but the are friendly and patient! Something you don’t get a lot of these days! Way to exceed my expectations UPS!”
