“Mindi was an absolute lifesaver. On the day of a major opening game, she went above and beyond to help save an entire football league, and honestly, our jobs too.
Our game shirts, which are meant to be tossed to the audience, were sent to DHL, the Mineola Pike location, not realizing DHL is closed on weekends. Luckily, Mindi was there and kindly opened the door, locate our package, and made sure we got it.

“I can't say enough good things about this team with a special shout out to Tide! A few month's ago, DHL lost a poster that I had created on Shutterfly and I needed it by a deadline date. When the package didn't arrive I called at least 5 other places to see if they could turn it around in 2 hours.This location said they could and using only a screenshot, they produced a beautiful poster for my daughter's event. Needless to say, I ordered my second poster here and had it mounted on foam board. It is perfect and came with special corner protectors which was unexpected. It's not inexpensive, but it was worth it knowing I'd get my order completed on time. Tide is kind and accommodating. Everyone I've interacted with at this location is quite nice.”
