“They have great gas prices however if you don't have at least $150 available on your payment method like your debit card then it will not accept your card for payment”
“Sams is great. Instead of paying large sums of money, you buy bulk for much less and you don't have to buy as often. They're helping me save money at the grocery store & not have to shop as often.”
“This store has everything you can think of, I hope so, it was aisle after aisle of foods, merchandise hats shoes TVs drinks health-care garden rugs...cookies...Ohio State sports items and Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Reds”
“They are amazing! Tim and Allen came in and did amazing work! Super nice and understanding guys! Will definitely use them again! They were able to help us out at a reasonable price, we could afford on a tight budget!”
“Just wanted to take a moment to appreciate the amazing services the staff at this Sam’s club location’s pharmacy offers. The two older ladies at the customer desk are super polite, soft spoken and very understanding. The pharmacists are also very caring. I have never had a problem with them and they always call you and explain the situation if there is a problem. Today I was going to pick up a prescription for my son for an upcoming travel and they were out of distilled water. The pharmacist was aware of our international trip and sent someone immediately to get another gallon from a nearby store and got the prescription ready for us very quickly. I have been using this pharmacy for probably 6-8 years and really wanted to give leave a review as a token of appreciation for their hard work and excellent customer service.”
“Sam’s Club is a great place to shop and save! The prices are unbeatable, especially on bulk items, and the savings on gas alone make the membership worth it. The store is always well-stocked, clean, and organized, making shopping a breeze. The staff is friendly and helpful, and checkout is quick with self-checkout options available. Whether it’s groceries, electronics, or household essentials, Sam’s Club never disappoints. Highly recommend!”
“Walmart very own Big Box store Sam's club. This location is always clean and well organized the staff are always helpful and willing to take time to help. Highly recommend this Sam's location.”
“The tire shop guys go through hoops to get it done! They are the best in the area. I need to write a letter to Kathryn McLay and let her know what a great job these guys do I've already written to their G.M. several times. They genuinely care about your safety in your car being in good shape. - Mark F.”
“Nancy, our cashier at the food area, both fed us and cared for us. She was pleasant, patient, courteous and fun. She took time to give my granddaughter a red-blue-red-blue Icee as requested, making a 5 year old very happy! Please let her know we appreciate her.”
“I ran over a large nail a few weeks back on a Sunday. I checked around to see if I could get it fixed that day instead of installing the temporary spare. I dropped my tire off at my local Sam's club in Springdale, they had my tire repaired in less that 2 hours. They made my day 100% better. I can depend on Sam's Club for replacement tires at a reasonable price time after time. Eight sets purchased to date.”
“Purchased tires and installation online. Scheduled the appointment online for same day. Associate who checked me in was great. Super friendly and helpful. I wish I got his name. Completed installation quickly. Very happy with my service!”
“I really miss the preseasoned tri-tips. They were always a hit for summer cookouts. Chicken salad tubs are always a solid lunch idea. Rotisserie chicken under 5.00 is legit theft. I also love the scan and go. No waiting in line.”
“It was the first time I was there and the selection was large. I wish I would have brought a coat so I couldn't have taken a look at the selection of meats. Everyone was very nice when you asked for help.”
