“My wife had a minor mishap pulling into our garage during a heavy rain storm by clipping the garage and damaging the right rear passenger door. My wife found LJI Collision Center on the internet and was inspired that it was a female owned business. From the time we brought the car there for the initial assessment until we picked the car up the process was seamless. We originally went to their Beachwood location, but they would not be able to start work on the car until late September conflicting with a trip we had planned in early October. Bonnie reached out other sister Jill their Cleveland Heights location and were able to get it in right away. They handled everything from dealing with our insurance company to keeping us informed as to the status of the repairs. When we picked up the car, we were blown away as the car never looked as if there was damage to it, not to mention that it had been fully detailed and looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I would like to thank Jill and her staff for what was a truly pleasurable experience under a normally stressful situation.
