“I was involved in a hail storm here in northeast Ohio in the middle of April and my Tesla is banged up pretty bad. I took it to D&S Auto Body on Tylor Boulevard in Mentor Ohio. They had my car for two weeks. I had zero communication so I went to visit them on my day off and they said they totaled my car without even telling me.
State Farm uses them for their cars that have damage. They didn’t have the skills to fix my car properly, so that’s when I called my State Farm rep told them I was going to take it to Harden Auto Body, they approved it.
I worked with Rick and he was very professional, empathetic and said that my car was not totaled and they could fix it. Three weeks later I got my car back. It looks brand new and I’m completely satisfied.
The job they did was amazing, most of the work was painless at Removal. There was some painting, but not even the Body Shop at my dealership that I work at, couldn’t tell at the car was fixed.
