“These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldn’t fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, I’ll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!”

Majka provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. He was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting my children and me with getting new phones. He went above and beyond to make sure we received the best discounts available, even taking the time to go into the system to check exactly what we qualified for and what we did not.
He was beyond helpful, caring, and compassionate, and truly made the entire experience stress-free. He helped us out tremendously, and it honestly meant a lot.
If anyone is eligible for a raise, recognition, or even an employee gift or gift card, Majka absolutely deserves it. He is 1000% one of the best employees Verizon has, and his customer service reflects that.

“Louis Lee is the man.
I went in there after spending at least 8 hours on the phones with different AT&T numbers and chats only to be left extremely frustrated after switching 6 lines from T-Mobile to AT&T. I went into the store as a last resort. Should have been my first step.
Louis was eager to help but needed my ID. I was unprepared and did not have it, in my frustration I took out everything on Louis going so far as to swear at him and voice my displeasure in the most unprofessional way. I am embarrassed of my behavior in that moment.
I went home, retrieved my ID, came back and Louis didn't bat an eye. He was ready to help despite my behavior, never so much as a hint of attitude. Solved my problems and got all my numbers moved to the correct phones through a painful 90 minute process.
Props to Louis. If I ever have another issue he'll be the first person I seek out.”
