“I've been meaning to do this review for a while. Several weeks ago I was at this location and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Richard. He was awesome. He was patient in helping me solve an issue I was having with my current phone and knowledgeable of Cricket's products and helped me upgrade to a phone that was perfect for my needs. I was silently considering leaving Cricket because of phone issues I had been having for a while, but after receiving such honest and wonderful customer service, I decided to stay with them a lil longer.?”

My boyfriend needed an upgrade from an iPhone 12 Pro Max, and the person was kind enough to walk him through every step of the process. He even helped set up his watch for him. “These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldn’t fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, I’ll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!”
“I’ve been with Atnt for years my experience if that location was one of the best I ever had. I had to use that location because my phone wasn’t working properly because my husband had major surgery done at Cleveland clinic and my phone wasn’t working properly. I should’ve gotten an update nine months ago when I was eligible for it, but I didn’t. Candace made it so easy for me to understand all the new iPhones and was patient with me while there was other customers in the store and she was the only sales tech there she handed herself like a pro. I wish we had a tech like that here in Youngstown/Boardman and knew what they were doing like Candace does thank you so very very much way to go Candace.”

“I had a representative from AT&T come to my house and gave me a deal with internet and my phone lines. When I went to Solon AT&T I found out the plan I got will cost me way more than what I was told. Darius helped me with this process when he checked my statement and told me my bill will be way higher. When I went to return my phones I had even more issues with their customer service. I only have their fiber Internet now. Darius was a great help throughout this process. The only place now I would go to will be Solon AT&T. Darius thank you so much for all your help. You have great customer service.”

I got my 11promax fixed a month ago the screen went out for some reason so I went in yesterday and they fixed it for free they said they warranty all there products and services and since I didn’t drop my phone or crack it it was still under warranty. “Burnell provided my dad and myself with a stellar experience overall. His customer service was nonpareil during our transition from our previous provider to Cricket.
Burnell was not only knowledgeable about all in-store products, but provided in-depth info on Cricket (i.e. referral program, insurance, billing, etc).
