“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“I recently had front end repair at PCS, I had no idea who to go to for a second estimate, so I trusted some friends and each of them at the top of maybe two places they were recommending all of Cleveland and Lakewood, PCS came out at the top with everybody, so I had the same experience they let me know what was going on a whole step of the way, along with communication with the insurance company and the process was very smooth and took about a week. I declined the rental car option with the insurance company so they even gave me a ride at the shop, and when the job was done to my surprise, the mechanic was detailing and finishing up making my car cleaner than it was when I bought it recently used from Carvana. So much later in the day, and finally this morning, when they opened, I returned and left to leave a tip for the mechanic that I can’t remember his name. I’m so sorry, but he has also a same 2013 Hyundai Veloster but red, I wanted to let you know I appreciate the great work and the final touch of detailing. Thanks again for a great job, as same for shop owner!”

“I came here on Monday told them I needed a new bumper and grill. They instantly ordered the parts and asked when I was available to get it fixed. Thursday I came for my service and told it would take about two hours, but to my surprise and satisfaction it took only a hour. The service was great and the workers are very friendly. Gave car back untouched since it was not possible to do the work. Cost of repair was zero dollars and had the nerve to leave a bad review.”

There’s not a better man in this occupation or for that matter, in general. Whatever you need done, he can do and if he can’t do it, he’ll tell you who to go to. Best of all gave me estimate in 5 min he verified my car and told me what needed to be fix I told him I was in a budget gave me an amazing price. I did not had ride home owner offer to take me himself. When I saw my car I could not believe my eyes it was brand new. He also took the time to send me photos of the hole process while it was being repaired. They even cleaned the car in the inside wow ? He also ask if you are satisfied or he will fix it until you are. I will recommend this team to anyone and will be bringing my other cars here. Yay so happy my car looks bran new. Omg ?”

“I had my rear side bumper hit in a parking lot & person had left the scene. I just stopped in today & asked Joe if he would take a look at my car. (2014 Honda CRV) He pushed the bumper together & got under the car to put a new bolt. He also proceeded to clean the paint scrapes on the side of the car. I offered to pay him something ,but he would not take anything.
