“My husband and I have several accounts at Dollar bank, both for business and personal use. We have also borrowed from them several times over the years for real estate purchases. I feel they appreciate our business through the courteous treatment they have shown over the years. We don't do any physical transactions at the headquarters, but we speak to people there on a regular basis and appreciate their help in matters that arise.”
“My parents have used this bank since the 1980s. Every time I have visited, they have had the nicest employees I have encountered at a bank. A few are still working there these days. They have called if there were ever a strange transaction come by and we never had a problem with anything. The downsides to this bank is that there is only one location, it is savings account only, there is no debit card, you still use a bank book, and the hours of operation are even less than other banks. While they have the best people working there (reason they get 4 stars), the bank itself is inconvenient for most people. It is great for older persons that bank like the old days, but the younger generations are probably confused.”

“As I said, whenever I'm at this wonderful place, I feel like the staff working there has my back and understands what withdrawals I need. I believe that the staff there is absolutely friendly. I know something good will happen to me the second my name is called. Very nice all-around staff.
