My most favorite part about this bank is that I can digitally “tap” my debit card to the machine using either my phone or my watch; makes it much easier and more secure than having to physically take out my card! I don’t stop inside the store all that much, but when I do, the staff is always very helpful and professional. I obviously live in Lakewood so having a Chase right in Lakewood is nice, but I really like this branch. Always a pleasure whenever I’m there.”

“I currently bank with Dollar Bank. I regret leaving when i was employed by one of the big CLE banks. Dollar is a smaller bank but I find there service to be outstanding. The only need they were unable to meet as quickly as I'd hoped was for foreign currency. I find their fee schedule to be reasonable. The online banking app almost always gets the job done and if not, staff is attentive and responsive and location is convenient.”
