“First Federal of Lakewood has always helped me with any and all situations and perfectly explained in detail how both First Federal and myself can fix the situation, and they always have. I feel my account is safe and watched at First Federal and I am always notified when they suspect anything odd with my account which makes me feel my account is safe and watched. The bank is clean and the tellers are nice and friendly and always willing to help with any problem I have. I have recommended First Federal to friends and Family and they tell me they are very pleased with the friendly service and quality of care for you needs. I hope First Federal will always be around...the only bank I trust. Thanks First Federal.- R. Simon”

“My accounts have always been up to date and there are no tricks to overdraw my account, and the member services are fantastic. They work quickly and always keep me up to date on any questions I have. Their representative Jocie worked very hard just yesterday answering questions I had about an unexpected charge, and she deserves a raise and a promotion for how effective and considerate she was.”

“Parking is not the best and most times when I go there I can't find a spot so you have to park illegally or at least not in a designated spot, but the staff are so helpful and anytime there's a line the staff jump in to try to help.”

“I went in to discuss some of my finances and was blessed to be paired with Kimberly Kress. I got emotional at some points in the conversation and she met me with empathy, understanding, and hope. Kimberly, thank you for making my day brighter! You have no idea the impact of your kindness on me today. Thank you!!!!”

“Eric at the desk area has been such a tremendous help to me in regards to various issues I’ve had to deal with in the handling of my deceased sister’s estate. He has gone above and beyond to make sure things are right and even when something is done wrong by a different area within the bank, Eric has taken the ownership of it to make sure it’s corrected properly. The Lakewood East office has been very pleasurable to work with, and I would highly recommend anyone who opens an account at Huntington Bank to go to the Lakewood East Office on Clifton Blvd”

“I have been coming here for about 8 years now. Diane, the manager, is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She recognizes you on sight and always has a moment to chat. Daniel was great to work with recently, and all of the tellers have been very friendly, professional, and speedy. I would recommend this bank branch to anyone.”
