“November 2025 I’m back and just as good as before. Much warmer outside compared to January.

January 2025 Best selection of groceries in the downtown core area. Beautiful building. Helpful staff members. Prices seem in line with area. Heinen’s was recommended by the guide at the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument, a place that is well worth a visit too.”

“The chicken schwarma wraps here are awesome. Very generous size. If you are contemplating whether to go here or to Sittoos go here. Sittoos wraps are a joke. They are so small they won't even satisfy a kid.”

“It’s probably the best Italian store in Cuyahoga county. Back in ‘90 was much better selection but with the difficulty European produce get in US because EU doesn’t import GMO and poison from US foods it’s understandable. Price wise i it’s much lower than Chicago or NYC. I missed some of those old italians in there like Ferrara or even Gallucci is hard to see. Those new ones need some costumer service training. Maybe a little vacation in Italy wouldn’t hurt for some of them who can’t smile or act like they grew up seeing how those products they sale were made. Grow up kids. Wannabe and authentic are two different things.
? Alla salute Signor Gallucci”

“miss a plane connection, arrive stressed, starving and thirsty, to a hotel and a city you don't know, place an order online and receive it in less than 15 minutes on a day of heavy rain, and also, with a note that says "thank you for your order” along with a smiley face written in pen, are the things that make the difference. More people like this, more businesses like this, thank you!!”

“I love this place. The meats, cheeses, dairy, eggs, grains, jams, sauces, everything looked of phenomenal quality, and the prices were more than fair, too. I liked that you could see the local sourcing of the products. They have Thanksgiving orders you can make in advance, too!”

“My parents and I recently had the joy of dining at Rumi's Market and Turkish Grill during Ramadan, and we were truly blown away. From the moment we entered, we felt warmly welcomed—not just as customers, but as honored guests. As travelers, this genuine kindness meant a great deal to us and transformed a meal into a deeply memorable experience.

The hospitality was matched only by the incredible food. Everything we tasted was exceptional—from the perfectly seasoned, tender kafta, to the deliciously comforting lentil soup, to the towering eggplant dish that burst with rich, authentic flavors.

Dining here was more than just a meal; it was a heartwarming reminder of how hospitality and food can deeply connect people, especially meaningful during Ramadan.

We sincerely thank Rumi's Market and Turkish Grill for an unforgettable evening. We wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for exceptional food and heartfelt hospitality.”

“All the shop owners, without exception, have a good face and very good treatment. Of course, I do not know them, by God, neither from close nor from afar, but the truth be told, every time I go to buy from them, I feel comfortable and smooth in dealing. May God bless their livelihood and their efforts. Thank you for the dealings and the effort expended in providing everything that customers require... Take care. We have to pay the prices ? Just kidding... May God bless you”

“This is our spot! My husband and I are there a minimum of twice a day each! The staff behind the counter are always friendly and good for a quick Convo. It's a tad pricey but I prefer paying more for good service. Always our first choice to stop.”

“I liked the variety, especially of the frozen foods but the line was so long and only one register open on a weekend day that we ended up putting our few items back. I noticed some of the prices were actually higher i.e. eggs, sausage, oj, than what I usually pay . . so u need to pay attention to your prices. But I would go again.”

“We drove out to the Lakewood store from Cleveland Heights specifically to purchase a specific cut of fresh beef. They had the meat in several different sizes, as well as an outstanding selection of other fresh meats that we bought. The store was clean and well stocked. We called ahead of time to make sure they had the meat, and Tony helped us confirm their selection and was professional and kind. Great store!”

“Every aspect of the store is 10/10. The store is always clean, and the customer service is really nice. Mr. Sam, the clerk, always has a smile on his face and is always patient with the customers. Being in west Cleveland, sometimes you get some weird people coming in. Once you have been in the store a couple of times, he will remember your name and have a friendly conversation with you. Butcher Momin is very knowledgeable and professional. He has been a butcher for almost 20 years. His machinery is very clean, and all his meat is stamped and certified halal. They have a whole variety of inventory, from fresh produce to foreign snacks from all over the world. The store has been owned and operated by the same family for over 20 years. It is worth checking out.”
