“This hotel is charming. The view from the breakfast area is lovely and there is a cozy fireplace. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did not hear any of the other guests. My one complaint was that the room as not dark enough because the lovely blinds let in a bit of light through the cracks. Black-out curtains that actually closed and were not just decorative would take care of that issue. Breakfast was pretty good though I would have preferred a pitcher of half-n-half to the plastic creamer pods.”

“Very cool "Mardi Gras" celebration. Kurentovanje is the fun festival right before the lent season where the Kurents come and ring cow bells to scare away winter. My four year old loved the parade. It was not too crowded outside because it was still quite cold on this early March day. But he got a lot of attention and some candy, and we had a lot of laughs when one of the Kurents snuck up behind him. Very organized parade route and very easy to get a good spot. Inside was another story- the venue was packed! We sifted our way through the crowd to get a hot dog for my son and then some treats to take home with us. I would have loved to have stayed a little longer and visited some of the outside vendors, but the natives (i.e. my child) were getting restless. I can't wait to do this again next year!”
“On Friday, November 15, 2024, Melissa and Hansel performed for my mother's 75th birthday celebration and THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT AT ALL! My mother has always enjoyed great good, beautiful environments, wonderful company, and phenomenal entertainment. When I was referred to Viva Dance Studio and spoke with Melissa for the first time, I knew that I was going to be in capable hands. They were nothing short of AMAZING. Our guests were glued to them from start to finish, and you honestly couldn't blame them because they were fire!!!

“The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland is truly worth every penny to stay here. The staff greet you like your royalty. The check in process was smooth as silk. We went from the lobby to our room in not time. Now, the room got my blood pumping! Views, views, VIEWS! I’ve never seen this many views of downtown Cleveland. The in room dining was worth the wait, and the wait wasn’t long. We were traveling with our dog, and every staff member greeted him as of he were paying the bill. We loved every minute of the attention. The saddest part of this adventure was leaving, but we will definitely be back to the Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland. Thanks everyone there for their hospitality, professional and courteous way they treated every member of our family (especially our fur baby). ;)”

“Great date outing. We do the 1hr axe throwing and 30min vr pass. Axe throwing was super fun. Will say our axe throwing host was dope so that made it even more fun. You only need about 30mins if it’s two of you tho. ***side bar*** we didn’t use the entire hour so we have 30 mins to use anytime we want…that’s a plus!!!!!……axe throwing is cool but the fact you have someone watching you the entire time (safety first I get it) plus there is no food food and drinks Yea 30 45 mins might do it

VR — that thing was soooo much fun. It was only the two of us and we were having a ball.
We did the Xmas themed one, chefs kiss!! We’ve never done anything like this before so I can’t tell you if it’s the best thing shaking but baby we had fun. I think a bigger group would be to crowded but hella fun. Zombies were coming outta every corner. We ran into each other maybe twice because of the space. In the same token our scores were pretty high cuz it was just the two of us
All in all I give it 8/10 only because as a date thing you would want somewhere to eat and drink and chill but for a group of buddies wanting to hangout 10/10”

The whole center is very clean and well organized with plenty of parking options and easy to locate restrooms and other needs. Security is appropriate and well staff. It’s a really great venue for more than just sports.”
“I met Bill Hildabrandt in 2007. I worked for Bill, tuck pointing the building. I grinded out thousands of liner feet of mortar and tuckpointed. I cut holes through walls and installed doors. Removed glass block And installed beams. We removed roofs and installed new roofs. You name It we did it. Bill was a knowledgeable man. I learned a lot from him. I will miss Bill. This place will always be a special place to me, where I remodled for thousands of hours.”
“Had a great time with my buddies at the Aquarium today. Definitely worth 20$. You can pet sting rays and the scuba cleaners took some candid shots with me today. Also the coin machine for the collectable coins was down and I asked the girl at the gift shop if there was any way I could get one. Which she said no but I might have one. She found it and gave it to me for free. Great customer service.”

“Wanted to get a quick lunch before the baseball game. This place was across the street from our motel. Philly steak sandwich was delicious, and we had a lemon Bundt cake which was very good. Staff was very polite. Liked it so much went back after the game for a few drinks. Place was very clean. Thumbs up”
“I didnt even know this place existed. Very nice setup and comfortable. Reasonable price depending on your affair. The Host and her daughter really made things good for my family as well as the guest. Please only recommend mature people for this location also support it so that it can continue being available. Due to Covid they have not accumulated the funds that's necessary to keep it going so please support this nice company.”
“My daughter loves BSDA! They have a variety of dance classes & summer programs to teach different dance styles. The children gets a recital every dance season & my daughter loves it.The staff is friendly & if you ever have any questions or concerns someone is always available to help you.We love it here.”

“Easy check in, I was upgraded to a junior suite, very pleasant greeting at the reception. My suite was impeccable, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The Intercontinental Cleveland Clinic’s location is perfect as it’s attached to the clinic. Food at the Table 45 Restaurant is very good. Hotel’s staff are very friendly and professional. Overall, a great experience.
Rooms: My junior suite was spacious with a walk in shower and bath tub.
Nearby activities: Perfect location for business at Cleveland Clinic.
Safety: Very safe
Walkability: There is no need for car as it is attached to Cleveland Clinic facilities.
Food and drinks: Breakfast buffet is very good at North Side Cafe. The dinner menu is excellent at Table 45 Restaurant located on the ground floor.
Noteworthy details: Pleasant and professional staff.”

“I recently stayed at the Marriott Downtown at Key Tower for 11 days and had a wonderful experience. Briele at the front desk consistently went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. She was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions I had, making sure to find a solution whenever needed.
The location is excellent—centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants, nightlife spots, and grocery stores. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa and sauna were especially relaxing after long days. The bar was also a great place to unwind, and the staff there were friendly and attentive.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Thank you for such a great experience.”
“Fantastic show!! Way better than the one in Columbus in 2024! Since Columbus didn't have one this year we traveled for the show and were not disappointed! Loads of cars to hop in and out of. Super fun day!
I won prizes at some of the Vendor shows and games.
The food vendors were really good and reasonably priced for an event. They had a slew of test drives available. It was packed but there was plenty of seating on the Chevrolet side.
The side with Mercedes did not have much on the way of seating, which made it harder for those who needed a break.
All and all it was a super time and good value for the ticket.
I would easily trek up again.”
