While, working at the Velosano below the Marrot, I waved to one of the workers I saw in the window. He waved back and it gave us a good laugh. An hour later, this sweet older gentleman, brought our medical crew chips and dip! This was so kind and made my night!

Never stayed here - before. Great location. Service. Atmosphere. Typical - parking issue.. CLEVELAND THING. This Hotel - is TOP NOTCH - except no free breakfast. 🫤

We had the BEST experience here. Every staff member we talked to was incredibly nice and Craig, the manager, went above and beyond for us. The food here was very good too. Location is perfect if you’re coming for something downtown. Definitely will be staying here every time we come to Cleveland.
