“I can't say enough great things about NCCU! From start to finish, their team has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding of my needs. Recently, I purchased a car and was pre-approved through NCCU before heading to the dealership. Having that pre-approval gave me a strong advantage, eliminating the need for endless back-and-forth negotiations and multiple credit checks. I had never used a credit union before, but now, I can’t imagine buying a vehicle without their support in the future.

“Before posting I read the reviews. Just in case people didn't know 1) the branch cannot fix the ATM if there is an issue - they call in service and corporate has it addressed. They're in a queue so they have to wait. 2) The staff inside is awesome. They might not have cashed your brother's Mom's check because it is against policy. Maybe they didn't let you take money from an account without proof of a name change. THEY ARE PROTECTING THEIR CLIENTS. What do you expect? 3) Megan is AWESOME. She has helped us through many issues / concerns. She is patient, friendly and has suggestions for our financial needs. This Huntington deserves five stars and I am thankful they're a part of Grafton Ohio.”

“Lately, ive been having issues with a couple of pay day loan apps. They seemed to work fine at first, then suddenly i was having unknown amounts money coming into and out of my account from places ive never heard of, ultimately leading up to losing several hundred dollars .
So, i set up an appointment to come speak with someone to see what i could do to correct this.
I dealt with an amazing person by the name of rachael. She was very understanding and went above and beyond to assure that my money would be safe in the future and gave me some good tips on protecting myself as well. What ever yall are paying her, its not enough.
It took me til almost the age of 50 to finally open a bank account and even though im still a little leary and not totally sure how this all works yet, she instilled quite a bit of confidence in me, knowing that yall have my back. I came in today completely stressed out and on the verge of a break down and left with a smile on my face. I can honestly say that im happy to have chase on my side.”

“This local bank branch is really close to my home, and the convenience of the location is a big reason I use it. It is easy to get to, easy to park, and when I do stop in the branch, the atmosphere is always calm and welcoming. Everyone I have interacted with there has been friendly, polite, and professional, which matters because banking is one of those things where you want to feel comfortable and not rushed.
I do not actually have to do much in person banking at this branch, but I did have one situation that really tested how helpful they would be, and I will give them credit for how it ultimately turned out. I went to withdraw cash from the ATM and the machine did not dispense the money, even though the transaction hit my account. When I went inside the branch, the initial response was frustrating. They told me they had nothing to do with that ATM and that it was handled by a third party company, so I would have to deal with them directly.
To me, that is absolutely ridiculous. An ATM sitting at or near a bank location is an extension of the bank’s services from a customer perspective. I pushed back on it, and the branch manager actually agreed with me. The manager worked with upper management to help rectify the problem, and I insisted that the money be returned to my account by the bank, while they sort out whatever reimbursement they need to handle on the back end with the ATM company. That is how it should work.
The whole situation felt like an unnecessary layer of runaround at first, but I do appreciate that the manager listened, agreed that it did not make sense, and helped get it resolved. Overall, this branch is convenient and friendly, and that experience showed me that when something goes wrong, they can step up and take ownership, even if the first answer you get is not great.”
