“Everything was very well organized. The website was very helpful. We were looking for a specific product that was not at another Home Depot location (closer to us). The website directed us to this particular location and even had the aisle number on the website too. We found it very quickly and check out was super quick (self-check out). The only thing they need to fix is that one side of the building (outside) was covered in trash, the other side by the flowers was well-taken care of. One side of the building could just use some TLC. Overall, not a bad visit though, they had a lot of product and were very organized inside.”

“I recently replaced my entire kitchen. Taven was excellent in putting together a package that was some "open box" items with minor imperfections at a discount, and some brand new. There were a few glitches with delivery and installation, but overall l was very satisfied with what l got and what it cost. As l was eligible for rebates from both the manufacturer and your store... but not very good at online stuff, l returned to the store and again Taven was extremely helpful.

NOPE! That bad boy was there lightning fast. I called the store in a panic and spoke to a very kind gentleman named Tony. He assured me he would hold the chair. Today, my brother is moving into his forever home. I pray to God that he'll be there for a long time. I looked on the website, and it showed I was past the pickup time. My heart sank to the floor! His chair was gone! I called the store. I got a manager who located Tony and this amaaaaaazing human had held the chair! “My daughter and I came into the Home Depot on Grener in Columbus, Ohio right before closing. We were desperate to find a tool to cut a ring off my daughters finger, as it was stuck and she needed to remove all jewelry before her wisdom teeth extraction in the morning. While everyone was kind and gave suggestions, Scott stepped up and took us right to the tool section and helped us pick “THE TOOL” to snip the ring right off her finger. “So last Friday my husband and I purchased a new LG OLED 77” for our family room; setting up delivery and installation for this Monday 3/10. Store experience was 5 star with a very pleasant young salesperson. We were excited about such a fast delivery date.
What we did NOT know is that BB is now having some 3rd party company deliver and install their product. We had expected the same excellent experience we’ve had previously with GEEK squad which is why we have remained loyal to BB. The new company basically installed and ran…leaving my husband with all the trash. The “installer” handed him the remote and said “you can set the rest up from here”. Very poor customer service! My husband did not even realize they left thinking the guy had just gone out to his van to get something. Since we have 6 TV’s in our house, all from BB, this had never been our experience in the past. They said nothing about hauling away the old TV. What was I supposed to do with a 75” tv sitting in the middle of my family room on the floor!
I tried calling BB customer service and got someone who was clearly not in the USA and had no authority to do anything. I ended up at the store. What I learned was the salesperson should have asked us if we wanted the old tv taken, and there is a charge. She had not done that. Polaris BB customer service agreed to have the old tv picked up at a reduced cost which I was happy with .
Overall Polaris BB is a good place to shop and their people are friendly and helpful. However - corporate BB - this message is for you…IF you are going to outsource your delivery and installations - get a company who gives a crap and are NOT paid so when they get done for the day they can go home…I own 2 companies and there are ways to set up 3rd party handling to represent your business so it retains your customer base. DO BETTER!!!!”
