βI went into Germain Lexus hoping to lease a new RX350 but discovered they were out of my ballpark! Jason was very patient with me and I felt truly understood my needs. And after some searching he found my "new to me" RX 350! Exactly as I asked for! White with saddle interior. BONUS!! Honestly, the best part was having confidence in Jason to find me the correct car at the right price and financing at the best possible interest rate. I am thrilled!!! One of my big issues was not giving up the incredible customer service I have always received from their service department. This is my 4th Lexus. LOVE GERMAIN and Jason!!β
βYβall they might have to be THE nicest people i just went in for the second time ever to get new tires they where fast and let me know everything thats going on and on top of that they replaced a tire pressure sensor for the fraction of what i was told by different company, truly awesome people who do awesome work keep it up guys!!!β

βI arrived for my appointment and was greeted with smiling faces and I told them I was super early, I was prepared to wait for a while and to my surprise my name was called and said your already to goβ¦the lady said she didnβt want me to wait for a while being I was there for oil change and safety inspection. Being from WV safety inspection are required and I know that they can take some time, I was very pleased with my first experience with the service department.β
βBonds godown is a great auto shop. They understand what maintenance cars need and are able to repair any car issues. The staff are friendly and very organizes and most repairs can be fixed in a day.β

βI called streamline for a second opinion when another shop said my car was basically totaled because of the cost of a couple repairs. I worked directly with the owner at streamline who explained that only one repair was absolutely necessary, and the other repair was nonurgent. I felt he gave me a more honest assessment of what I had to do vs what I could do to fix my car. I would definitely recommend.β
βJames was my technician and overall the experience was great, they delivered on installing my new deck and speaker wires and overall he helped me with the best options and prices, heβs a cool dude and is great at what he does I will be back for more, I canβt wait to get my speakers and subwoofers hooked up thank youβ

They took me for their test drive so I got to make sure everything ran smoothly, and ran me under the car with their technician while they checked it out. βMy car was making a sickening noise that literally could be heard from a block away and I knew it wasn't going to be good. Unfortunately, JAM couldn't fix it because it was one of those situations where Buick won't sell the parts or tools needed to independent mechanics. Nevertheless, Jo took the time to explain the problem to me and told me what to expect in the way of pricing from the dealer. It was hard to hear, but she was so kind and sympathetic that I almost felt bad for her because I could tell how much she wanted to help and not have to turn me away. She was just great - very knowledgeable, honest and generous with her time. And she didn't even charge me for the time spent diagnosing my car. You don't find that kind of service much anymore, so I wanted to call her out and let her know how much I appreciated her. Hopefully I won't need to, but I would most definitely do business with JAM again. Highly recommend.β
βAlways a wonderful visit when I come in for my oil changes, Everyoneβs always so nice, and hardworking getting the cars and people taking care of as fast as possible but thorough with all work done. The only place I trust with my vehicles.
Update: I have been going to this ntb since 2015, itβs really the only shop I trust. Because I know I will always get what I need. No bull, I love this place so much! They walk you through what your car needs where all the ware and tear is and work with you first hand to make sure you understand everything you are paying for!β

βRan over a large metal screw today and my tire immediately began to lose tire pressure. I called the NTB location on Lyra Drive and they let me come right in to take care of this emergency. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. I was out of there in a reasonable amount of time with no appointment. Highly recommend this location.β
