“Would recommend to everyone! I came from out-of-state to purchase a used vehicle in Columbus and wanted to make sure the car was as good as it looked. I was able to get in and out and the entire staff was very friendly. The mechanic was great over the phone and even double checked that I had done my research on the title and price of the car and gave me his experience with cars from the dealer I was buying from. Also one of the best waiting areas of any mechanic I've ever been too lol. I just wish that I lived in Columbus because I would feel confident in going to them for any future repairs.”

“I accidentally scratched the side of my car. First i tried to get a quote at another body shop. It took them a week before i heard back and the quote felt high.
So i decided to shop around and discovered Fine Line Auto body. They had better reviews and i can assure you they earned it. I drove in without an appointment and they quoted it on the spot and they gave me different options to fix it. Due to xmas season, i could only afford the cheapest option.
I had my car fixed in a day turnaround. I was amazed by their work. I cant even tell where the scratches were.
I cant remember the names of the staff that helped me but they were amazing. They were friendly yet professional.”
“Back on December 2 I was involved in an accident where a guy went through a stop sign and basically sideswiped my jeep. I work for an AutoZone in my area and we work with fine line delivering parts in what not to them immediately I knew where I needed to go and Bill in the staff at fine line took incredible care of me. They were able to get me into a rental, they were able to make sure that I was taken care of. Communication was fantastic from the get… I would highly recommend fine line to anybody that’s been into an accident and needs to get some major body work Done. Being from WV safety inspection are required and I know that they can take some time, I was very pleased with my first experience with the service department.”

“Last night our daughter's 2014 Honda Civic with only 54,000 miles started having driving problems. It was making a lot of noise with acceleration and was not moving very fast at all in drive. It got worse, my husband barely able to get it in the driveway. Even though we checked Google and knew there were other reasons why it could be having issues, we were getting ourselves ready to be told a new transmission was needed. We were not feeling optimistic. We have aaa, but it only provides a 5-mile free tow. A neighborhood seen great reviews for the JAM and mentioned it. After reading a bunch of the reviews ourselves, we called this morning to ask if they could take a look at the car. Joel was very accommodating, and a tow truck driver was able to take it to the shop within an hour. A few hours later, we received a call with the great news that it was just a transmission switch that was loose and had released the transmission fluid. The explanation of the diagnosis was helpful in feeling confident that they had in fact found the issue, and were taking great care of the car. They quoted a very fair price range that depended on how much transmission fluid they needed and said they would do the work right away. A few hours later they called and said the car was ready and we were happy to pick it up and pay a fraction of what a new transmission would have cost. We have found our new auto repair shop! Everyone we talked to was so friendly and very authentic and we are thrilled to have trusted and skilled people available, and so close to home. Highly recommend!”

“I called streamline for a second opinion when another shop said my car was basically totaled because of the cost of a couple repairs. I worked directly with the owner at streamline who explained that only one repair was absolutely necessary, and the other repair was nonurgent. I felt he gave me a more honest assessment of what I had to do vs what I could do to fix my car. I would definitely recommend.”

“I did not end up going to this location, but it was simply because they were booked on the day that I had to go in. I got another appointment with a different mechanic scheduled in the mean time, and then shortly after, Avenue Auto Repair called me back to give me first dibs on a time slot available for the next day (their existing appointment canceled). I let Avenue Auto Repair know that I wouldn't be coming in, but I appreciate them reaching out to me as soon as a time slot was available.”
