“Im changing my posting. I just came back in and talk to the manager she was really nice and explain more things to me then they did in the 188 number. I am so grateful she explained things to me to where i understand. They are really amazing and nice here. I am really happy i switch to them. Sometimes that's all it takes is someone to explain things. Everyone was really nice and kind. Really different then it was the last time i came in. They even let me change my pin and passcode. I also found out that if your card is stolen like mine they way the fee this is amazing i would tell everyone”

“Last Friday I was in a complete panic! I had to get a new debit card, due to some fraudulent activity. Right before the holidays! Brooke in the fraud department, told me I wouldn’t get a new card, till Jan 3! I went into the bank because she said “oh you can go get a card & use it” a gift card! Thank GOD I was help by Mr. Jeff !! He reassured me, my card would be here! By this week! I just got my card!! Thank you sooooo MUCH!! Mr. Jeff, you really took my worries AWAY! ?☺️”

“I first learned about Buckeye State Bank [at 1885 Northwest Blvd. in the "Fifth by Northwest" neighborhood of Columbus] on 8-25-2023 while I had been attending the Egyptian Festival at St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church in the "Lincoln Village" neighborhood of Columbus.While looking around the "outside" portion of the Egyptian Festival [in the church's parking lot], I visited the Buckeye State Bank tent for several minutes and learned that they are located less than two miles from where I live.I did a Google search at that moment and learned that that branch of Buckeye State Bank is two buildings northwest of the Chocolate Café where I have eaten several times over the years.The woman staffing the tent told me that they would be having a food truck [from Holy Crepes] in their parking lot the following week.I returned to Buckeye State Bank on 9-1-2023; there had indeed been a food truck in their parking lot. I had previously been given a coupon for a free meal that day; I had also been given my first piggy bank in several decades.I visited the food truck, ordered my food, and then waited for my food to be prepared.I was then allowed to go inside of the bank to eat my food, while sitting down in a customer waiting area near the front door, rather than having to stand up in the parking lot while eating my food [as I had been expecting].Being allowed to sit down while eating my food had been, in and of itself, a great level of customer service from Buckeye State Bank.”

“I prefer this branch out of all the Wright-Patt branches in Columbus and surrounding areas. My 3 year old son and I go into the branch once a month for cashier checks. So it’s very much apart of our routine. Every time we come in my son and I greet whoever is sitting at the front desk and my child grabs a sucker. On this particular day an employee, don’t know her name never seen her, she’s a blonde, petite, Caucasian woman addressed my child in a manner I did not like. It’s inappropriate to address a child, especially when their parent is standing right there, address the parent. She said to my son as he grabbed a sucker “are you going to say may I have a sucker” as if candy is not there for everyone to just have. My innocent child looked up at her, handed her one and went about his day. Then as we’re walking away she states again “manners”, insinuating I don’t parent my child to recognize situation appropriateness to ask for things. She would have never asked that of an adult. I didn’t like it and I did speak with the manger, Tamara and she stated she would address it.”
“New location, great attentive staff. Be prepared to be scanned through the double security doors prior to entry. Although I think this is standard on all of their banks.”
“I have a good rapport with all tellers at the Grant location, especially Barbara & Karen. And my favorite loan officer Kelsey @ Dublin. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years!! Even if this was not the case, the ones I do not know have been just as pleasant. I have never had issues except once a new person was going to put a 10day hold as policy on a check, but Barb took care of that asap. Where can you get a bank account that doesn't charge all those stupid service fees or set a required bank amount to avoid?!They have mobile banking, an app to take a puc & deposit a check, you can have more than one checking/savings and can transfer your funds btwn the two. I also have an online acct with another bank and can transfer $$ from and into OH Hlth. Or utilize my overdraft loan funds if I am short...I love this credit union. If you have a problem, maybe it's you...you're the problem ?”
