I'm giving them a 3 because when I asked a guy there how much flooring I'd need, after I gave him measurements, he tried to over sell me by more than $100. Came back another day and a lady helped me get the appropriate. And even helped me get it in my car. Her I'll give a 5.

Huge selection of products in stock. They have shower surround kits and sink faucets. Counter tops and also bath and kitchen cabinets. The biggest down side was no air conditioning. The prices are great so go early in the day.
