It not worth trying to work with this bank. There are limitations that are asinine, poor resolution, and overdraft fees that are not appropriate. Go to another bank. I’m going to start the process of looking for a new bank.

The ATM at this location has given me problems twice now…eats my money and I’m lucky to be able to retrieve any rejected notes. I’ve been able to get the issues resolved but it’s a frustrating experience. Be aware of this ATM!!

I have been dealing with BMI (Battelle Memorial Institute) federal credit union for 42 years. Many of their staff are excellent. They are well informed, courteous, and helpful. Also, they usually have excellent rates on certificates of deposit. Always a pleasure working with them.
