“This place was amazing! We went here on our lil vacay for brunch, and it was the best food we had the entire trip! Everything is made from scratch, including the ketchup! The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was comfy and fun. We bought a few books while we were there, and we want to come back for dinner next time we're in town. Highly recommend!!”
“04/27/24-First time visiting Cover to Cover Children’s Books. One of my best friend and I attended a special event: Storytime with father and son duo David Michael Butler and Emory, “Where Love Lives”. Thank you both! Great read for fathers and son. The book store offers a variety of educational, fun, and informative books for toddlers up to elementary year reading level. Friendly and professional service. Thank you. Parking out front and across the street walking distance to the book store. Decent prices.”
“Prologue Bookshop in the Short North Arts District of Columbus, Ohio is one of my favorite independent bookstores in the city. It’s a beautifully curated local bookshop with a thoughtful selection of new releases, literary fiction, nonfiction, and staff picks. I actually prefer it over larger bookstores like The Book Loft. While The Book Loft is a destination in itself, Prologue’s edited, well-chosen selection feels much more manageable and less overwhelming, which makes browsing such a joy.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help you find your next great read. They host select author events and book clubs throughout the year, and they’re moving just a bit farther south on High Street soon, which is exciting to see as they continue to grow. If you’re looking for a cozy, curated indie bookstore in the Short North or Columbus area, Prologue Bookshop is absolutely worth visiting.”
“The staff was very friendly! The different genres were clearly marked, and the store was spacious and well lit. It was very crowded when we went, and we were pressed for time, but we definitely will return!”
“The staff at this location (Dublin, OH) are helpful, friendly and engaging. The place is tidy and well organized. I actuality went in with a general idea of what I needed from a certain author to a specific book and had a theme in mind hoping to be inspired for a gift. One lady who was already processing items in took the time to find the specific book for me and have it shipped. A gentleman helped me find a couple areas featuring the author I was seeking and another went above and beyond after hearing me mention another I enjoyed and brought my attention to a couple titles in their clearance section from the series. Very nice. Now, the gift idea I was hoping to be struck by inspiration on was love and adventure and I had Disney's Up stuck in my head. A rep was kind enough to not only offer suggestions, but also pointed out a couple seemingly random items that when compiled together added an amazing extra touch. And they had a book there I had been wanting. They offer a wide variety of merchandise beyond books. Their selection of books is vast and spans several genres. Definitely recommend this place. Very good experiences.”
“I briefly visited the Columbus State Community College [CSCC] Bookstore, at 283 Cleveland Ave. [in the "Discovery District" neighborhood of Columbus], on 12-14-2023.I had recently attended a half-day conference in the CSCC Center for Workforce Development [at 315 Cleveland Ave.]; I decided to visit the Columbus State Bookstore for a few minutes before walking to my next destination.I had worked for many years at a different "college bookstore" in Columbus [the former Long's Book Store near The Ohio State University campus]; I spoke briefly with the "textbooks manager" of the Columbus State Bookstore about other "college bookstores" in central Ohio [past and present] and then wandered around the Columbus State Bookstore for the next several minutes.I learned while visiting the Columbus State Bookstore that the mascot for Columbus State Community College is the cougar. I never would have known that had I not visited the Columbus State Bookstore.”
“Well laid out brick and mortar bookstore. Helpful staff and a wide selection to choose from in each of the subject areas.
There is a very large children's section, a good selection of educational games and toys for kids, and some good adult board games.
There is also a good bargain area, though when I was in there last there seemed to be an over-abundance of coffee table books.”
“Great but WARNING, IF YOU PARK IN THR PARKING LOT, PAY FOR PARKING OR YOU WILL GET A $20 TICKET. Other than that, I love this barns n noble! Especially the kids area”

“Lots of selections here but maybe not all the types of books I'd particularly be interested in. They have yoga, health, spiritual, zen, Buddhist, indigenous peoples, tarot, Chi, books.”
“The Ohio Capital building is very beautiful. It was great to have the opportunity to tour the building as a constituent. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided great background. I would recommend any person who lives in Ohio to pay a visit. It is great to see government in action.”

“Wow. There are bookstores that look nice, but where I won't find a single book I just have to read. This bookstore was hot. It was dusty. It took a relatively long while just to check out. But I found a whole stack of unique, fascinating books not found elsewhere. Just walking around in here will rekindle a love of learning about all different kinds of subjects. If not prepared merely to browse for hours, it might be good to make a list of specific hard-to-find/old/out of print authors that you'd like to find, in advance. You'll surely find some treasure that way. There is a cafe just out the door and to the left. They have an (albeit extremely tiny) bathroom, outdoor seating, lemonade, chai, etc.”
“We visited in July of 2023. This place is now selling all kinds of Islamic items. They have a variety of hijabs, abayas, for children and women. They have thobes and all kinds of men clothing. They also have prayer rugs, perfumes, shoes, etc. This plane remind me of the former Global Mall because there were more than one shop or boutique by different vendors and owners.”
“We found everything we needed and had a nice young man help us with one book. Also, a young lady helped me figure out what book I'm the series was next to read. I will definitely be back!”

“Checked out the store for the first time this week with my brothers and could not have been more happy with the experience. The staff greeted me with great joy and answered all of my questions with ease. I look forward to visiting the store again in the future.”
“I had a great experience with this book store the man behind the counter whom was also the owner was very patient and knowledgeable about every subject I had questions about this store is a deep well of information and empowerment for the black man and woman not to mention the work they do in Ohio and beyond”
“I took our grandchild to roam the rooms for their 10th birthday. This is located across the street from Saint Mary Mother of God Catholic Church. So many rooms, so many books! A terrific outing.... Yes, they selected books for themselves AND their younger sibling.”
