The person who pierced my daughter’s ears was wonderful. Very kind and patient. The loss of one star is for the cost. $80?!? Didn’t it used to be like $10? I how the folks doing the piercing get to collect some of that.

My lil girl got her ears pierced for the first time and it was a good experience. She got 14k white gold earrings and the total was like $90. But they offer yellow gold too and maybe sterling silver and stainless steel ones are only like $40. Claire’s always has a lot of cute stuff marked down too.

Jakiha was AWESOME! It was almost closing time, but she was able to pierce three of my relatives back to back! She had a hospitable disposition, patient and just overall customer service guru!
