Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Columbus, OH Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The store offers a wide range of products, from a Samsung washer and dryer to sand and patio furniture. However, customer experiences with staff and service vary significantly. Some employees are described as extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and incredible. Others are noted to be unhelpful, not very knowledgeable, difficult to find, and likely to avoid customers. There are also reports that customers sometimes have to retrieve and load online orders themselves without assistance. While some find excellent care, others feel the staff can be incompetent, suggesting the store would be excellent with more consistent help.
Well unfortunately only about a third of the employees are helpful but of those 33% the ones that are are very incredible folks very helpful and or knowledgeable about their area of the store now if we can just get the other 67% just a fraction more helpful it will be an excellent hardware store
