“Would recommend to everyone! I came from out-of-state to purchase a used vehicle in Columbus and wanted to make sure the car was as good as it looked. I was able to get in and out and the entire staff was very friendly. The mechanic was great over the phone and even double checked that I had done my research on the title and price of the car and gave me his experience with cars from the dealer I was buying from. Also one of the best waiting areas of any mechanic I've ever been too lol. I just wish that I lived in Columbus because I would feel confident in going to them for any future repairs.”

“Got off work this AM. Flat tire with a screw or nail in it. Found them open and slowly drove there. They tried to fix tire but could not. I got a replacement and was able to get home safely. I kept dozing at their site. Everyone was professional and competent. If you are a female, this is a good place to go.”
“I did not end up going to this location, but it was simply because they were booked on the day that I had to go in. I got another appointment with a different mechanic scheduled in the mean time, and then shortly after, Avenue Auto Repair called me back to give me first dibs on a time slot available for the next day (their existing appointment canceled). I let Avenue Auto Repair know that I wouldn't be coming in, but I appreciate them reaching out to me as soon as a time slot was available.”

And David Kramer is the Gemeral Manager but was out in the garage working on vehicles. Thought it was great the GM was out helping his staff. The lobby got busy. “Called ahead to see if they had a used tire for my suv (rare, outdated size) and they did! But only one, so I rushed over and when they got to work on it - they discovered an issue with the tire they had. They quickly let me know about the issue and someone on the staff went to another location and picked up another one and the same size from another location brought it back and finished the job. The tire they put on was better quality than the one they were going to at first and they didn’t even charge me extra! Super nice guys and super grateful they were able to help me out. 1000000% recommend!”

“During an oil change, a deep scratch was made in the steering wheel. Once they were made aware, they immediately made plans to follow up to rectify the issue. They went out of their way to make sure that things were right and repair the scratch.
The scratch is now repaired and looks as good as new, I could not be more happy with the service and care that they put into fixing the issue. Love this shop, and will be using them for all servicing of our two cars into the future.”

“Found my tire had a nail in the treadmill and went flat. Called and spoke to Jason this morning. Went in and he fixed the flat, put it back on the car, and all in about 20 minutes for 20 bucks. Incredibly great service and I will DEFINITELY be returning.”
