“The Positive:
~The store is extremely clean & inviting. ~The selection was pretty good.
~The popcorn was delicious and one of the girls working in the popcorn section was extremely nice, and a great salesperson. She got my husband to buy a bag even when we have about 20 bags of microwave popcorn. It's also a brand name bagged popcorn that also makes microwave popcorn-it tastes just like my home popped, and it's a lower calorie popcorn. You can only get it at one grocery store in Columbus, all others only sell the pre-popped bagged popcorn that is the same name. I won't say names of the product or the store so my review won't get posted.
The just to know:
~Just like any store you have to watch the prices. Many think that if you buy from a bulk store that prices are automatically lower, this is not always the case.
The negatives:
~Not much staff was wkg & it was hard to find someone on a question we had.
~The company that supplies their meatballs must have changed the 'Beef' meatballs. I actually accused my hubby of picking up the all meat ones when he went by himself the last time. We threw those away thinking maybe it was packaged wrong, when I saw beef on the front packaging. Sadly, this recent package of Beef Meatballs tasted the same.
They truly taste like a mushy all meat product. We have thrown this 2nd package away as well.
I will only eat all beef in ANY product. I have for over 35 yrs, since I started doing my own shopping...so I definitely know when it's labeled as All Beef what it should taste like, especially when I have been buying these for around a decade or longer. The company they are using has either downgraded their quality or are purposely labeling them wrong.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE BEEF MEATBALLS.
~The selection has changed since they moved from down the street about 5-7 miles. I miss the old selections that were available. Also, as a disabled person using a walker or a mobility scooter, if my husband wasn't with me, I would not have been able to reach a lot of products. The one thing I like about regular grocery stores is that they have almost everything at a height that can be reached, with a bit of extra stock on the top shelf but even if the extra stock is all gone, they have more customers and staff that I can ask for assistance to get the product I need.
Suggestion for the company:
~ It would be great if the company would open a location in Sunbury or Mt. Vernon Ohio. Many people would love to shop with you, but even the High St location is far for this area. Sunbury is growing leaps & bounds because of the chip factory & all the other businesses that work with, supply or support them. Even the housing availability is short in this area and others.”
“This was my first time going to Costco. I usually shop at Sam's and of course conceptually they are the same. However I noticed the prices are higher here but the checkout lines moved faster than at Sam's. They do have a lot of healthier options snacks and produce. The staff seemed happy and they were helpful. U would def recommend this place for organic produce the price is good for the quantity. Im not completely sold on leaving Sam's but I have to go back a few more times to decide”
“Even though it's no longer the closest pharmacy to my house, I still come to this location for the customer service. The pharmacy tech Reba has been taking care of me and my family for more years than I can count. She anticipates when it's time for a refill and reminds me because I forget everytime! The rotation of pharmacists are also very nice but they change sometimes while Reba has remained consistent. I'm not looking forward to the day she retires ?”
“Dreisbach is wonderful, but what "seals the deal" for me is Cindy - my Account Manager. She's patient, creative, thorough, and always gets things right. She helps me (especially when I'm lost!) and cares about her customers!”
“Better selection than BJ'S warehouse, IMO. The customers are definitely more aggressive here, though, and you get bombarded by employees pushing samples. Is that good or bad? You decide.”

“Progress is, by far, the best HVAC supplier in Columbus. The care they put into every order is always the same no matter what it is. Mark Spence is quite possibly the best customer service representative I've ever dealt with.”
“This shop saved our vacation! We got a flat tire on the interstate due to road debris and limped our way into the Costco parking lot less than an hour before they closed. They got us up and running quickly and kindly. Thank you!”
“This review relates specifically to the Costco HEARING CENTER. Based on excellent reviews in Consumer Reports, we scheduled an appointment with the Costco Hearing Center for a FREE hearing test. And, based on the results of that test, we purchased hearing aids for my wife. The staff in the hearing aid center was very professional and explained everything as they went. They weren't pushy and were very accommodating. We bought a Costco membership specifically for the purpose of buying hearing aids. The staff at the membership desk explained that their membership "system" was down but they took us to a kiosk in order to complete the application so we can complete the purchase of the hearing aids - they were very pleasant and really wanted to help us - very helpful. Now that we're Costco members, we'll try the store and evaluate the store at a later date.”

“Costco is a membership store with good prices. Groceries and pharmaceuticals are mostly sold in bulk. They have clothes, electronics, furniture, home appliances, furnishings, tires, eyeglasses, a travel agency and much more. Often overcrowded with people taking up the whole isle while they snack on the free samples. The lines at the register are often long but they don't bag anything so it goes pretty quick. They check the membership card on the way in and the receipt on the way out. Good luck and have fun.”
“I was there to have tires replaced and I was so impressed with the service that was provided by 3 young people (Brooklyn, Meech and Ahmed). They were friendly, informative and working well together as a team with my interests as a focal point. Hats off to these three for superior customer service. Nice job, well done and keep up the good work ?? ??”
“DNO Produce is impressively dedicated to providing healthy fresh produce to children's school lunches across several states and to local retail outlets in the community. Their dedication. to quality and their mission is second to none. We got a chance to tour the facility recently and gained a new appreciation for how well they work with growers and distribution to get produce where it needs to go quickly and efficiently. Kudos to their amazing staff!”
“Product sales advisor Andy Ellison| is the most friendly and professional sales advisor that I’ve ever had the opportunity of doing business with! He is very knowledgeable about all the products his company sells and in my opinion the best sales advisor you will ever meet!……….. When you want top quality products with professional sales; then go to Kimball Midwest!”
“Great customer service, an associate had a large item located in the warehouse for us. Very friendly, social distancing markers in all checkout lines and all associates wearing masks.
Update- Very friendly and helpful staff. I was doing a pickup and it was slow but staff talked to me and let me know how many were ahead of me.”
“I have a shop at Sam's Club before but not at this one so this was a great place to shop I will recommend it to anybody after I graduate I would love to find a job at Sam's Club”
“Storm is a juggernaut in communication he commands and directs everyone involved in trying to get unloaded. They are not in the dark on what they are supposed to do. I appreciate this person I met today. His iContact is impeccable. He's from the city of Columbus I'll guess I told him America's dying and he's making it a better place. Thank you storm. As I was living, he ran back to remove the truck from in between my wheels. Very efficient. Thanks again for the professional attitude. Positive vibes at being a trucker owner operator. I really appreciate it. God bless America, Paul Harvey would be rapping about this guy lol it would be the old-school rap, the rollerskate rap we need to bring those days back at least pertain to rap music lol maybe even bring the disco lights.”
